My Heart Will Bid On: Leonardo Dicaprio and Kate Winslet Are Auctioning a Dinner for One Lucky Fan

Every night in my dreams, I see them and wish that there was some possible way to go on a dinner date with Jack and Rose Dawson. Thankfully for you loving (and wealthy) Titanic fans, your chance has officially come courtesy of Mr. Dawson himself.

As part of Leonardo DiCaprio's annual charity auction in St. Tropez for his namesake foundation, the actor will be auctioning off a private dinner with both him and his Titanic costar #KateWinslet. One lucky fan will have the opportunity to attend a dinner at any New York City restaurant of their choice in either October or November.

The two actors met during the filming of the 1997 romantic-disaster film and have thankfully remained besties ever since. Their numerous appearances at awards shows are (most likely) a major reason why anyone watches those events in the first place.

The charity event is set for July 26th with proceeds going toward supporting the #LeonardoDiCaprio Foundation and a GoFundMe campaign close to Winslet's heart that aims to help a young mother in the U.K. pay for her cancer treatments.

As if you needed more reason to envy everyone that will be in attendance, legendary rocker Lenny Kravitz is set to perform as well. Last year's star-studded event raised $45 million for DiCaprio's environmental foundation and featured such guests as Bono, Chris Rock, Mariah Carey, Jonah Hill, Naomi Campbell, Bradley Cooper, Edward Norton and Leo's BFF, Tobey Maguire.

Fans Are Rightfully Freaking Out At This Prospect

As this dinner will probably be the dinner to end all dinners, many fans took to Twitter to express their feelings. An overwhelming majority shared a similar sentiment: feeling unbelievably envious for the prospective winner — with one specific fan politely asking actor Tom Hanks to bid on her behalf.
