Seeing movies a second time in theaters proves to be twice as much the fun and also gives enriching details that you never noticed before. A Star Is Born deserves to be seen twice for its powerful performances and songs that will give your skin goosebumps.

A Star Is Born is the directorial debut for actor Bradley Cooper. A famous musician struggling with alcohol and drugs helps a young woman into her rise of fame. Jack and Ally fall in love in this enticing story of music, heartbreak, and tender romance.

Now the third film adaptation of A Star Is Born, the film’s main power is its music and character development. I have never seen the other adaptations before so I assume that every version must have a different element. That’s what all remakes, and even sequels, need to focus on. A change. Some remakes have succeeded in becoming new and even more memorable to its predecessor.

Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper star as Ally and Jack. Their chemistry was so tight that it made the film so real and warm. My absolute favorite moment captured on film was when they sang "Shallow" on stage. I actually felt as if I was sitting in a live concert. And I was seriously seconds away from applauding when I realized I was in a movie theater.

Seeing A Star Is Born is an experience. The film does a spectacular job laying out its journey. It has been a while since a movie has grasped at my heartstrings. I enjoyed this film the instant it started until the very end as tears streamed down my cheeks. Be sure to have a box of tissues prepared before sitting down to watch A Star Is Born.

Lady Gaga has been an inspiration to everyone. She truly brought out a significant and life-changing moral upon herself and all fans. Never doubt yourself for a moment whether someone body shames you. Don’t listen to anyone who tells you that you are not good enough. We all have talents hidden inside ourselves. We need to trust ourselves and the ones we love to stand up and make an impact. You just might surprise yourself.

I especially enjoyed Bradley Cooper’s tremendous performance. I never expected Cooper to have such a talented voice. And his character was very different from the usual characters he performs in other films. That’s the beauty of acting. It’s all about taking a risk. And trusting yourself.

All the songs are really catchy and unfortunately—no, actually, fortunately, they will replay over and over in your mind. Especially, "Shallow" which was written by Lady Gaga and songwriters Andrew Wyatt, Anthony Rossomando, and Mark Ronson. This song has an incredible story and a meaningful message.

One other line that really spoke to me was when Cooper was explaining that when you become famous fans only see you for your talents and forget that you are a person. Don’t ever forget that. We’re all humans fighting difficult battles.

I would watch A Star Is Born over and over. It is tough to watch emotionally, however. No one is ever better than anyone else. There is no need for jealousy. And if you ever feel as though you’re struggling with drinking or drugs, seek help immediately. There is no need to quietly struggle until it is too late.

From cinematography, gorgeous sound, and a powerfully written story A Star Is Born is an experience you’ll never forget. Well done Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper. Thank you for this film and what it has taught to so many fans.

I hope the best for A Star Is Born at the Academy Awards. By staying together we can live our dreams, make amends, and share our talents with the world.
