A Show That You Will Love Eventually

I know how you feel, you've watched everything on Netflix... what can you binge now? Well I have some good news! There are lots of hidden gems on Netflix, and I'm going to help you find them!

#TheBestOfNetflix

Archer is a gem of Netflix! It's hilarious, inappropriate, and surprisingly reminds me of my old job... if you haven't seen it yet, you should give a try!

The Humour

I'll warn you... it has a very crude humour, and dark humour on top of that. I was actually not a fan the first time I saw it... but it grew on me. Now I love it! Once you fall in love with the characters you become more forgiving for their bad behaviour, after all... it's just a show, right?

The Seemingly Endless Seasons

For some reason, I keep thinking it's going to end... but it never does. Archer has managed to keep fighting the odds, and spewing out more seasons. The newer seasons are amazing too! The last two seasons have been completely in Archer's head, which had given the script writers a wide variety of options... and it is actually working. How many shows do you know that stay decent after nine seasons?

Plus, there's a new season coming! It's another coma season... which I am super excited about!

Season 10

A new season is coming!! The new season will air May 29, at 10 PM ET on FXX. This Season is called Archer: 1999 also known as Archer in Space!. I don't want to spoil anything... but you are going to love Pam's character this new season!

The Feminism!?

When watching this I wanted really badly to hate it for it's treatment towards women... but the truth is that the show itself actually is a huge step forward in feminism! It's just Archer who treats women poorly.

All the the women know what they want, and who they are. Their voices and opinions are stated in the show very openly, and most of the women are strong and independent. To my surprise, this is a feminist-safe show.

Recommended!

If you haven't tried it yet. Try it. You might not like it at first, just give it a couple of episodes. Please don't give up on it, I don't want you to miss out.

#BestOfNetflix

This show is on Netflix, and has nine seasons to watch. That's right, they have them all! Which means you can catch up all the way before the newest season coming soon. Or, you can keep this as background sound, or use it as a main show for weeks to come. Either way, I promise you that this show will grow on you eventually.

My blogs and articles can be about anything really ... I do write a lot after all. However, I find my self-writing about ADHD, photography and Self-Help a lot.

Please Donate

Er... ummm... this is awkward. So it turns out writing doesn't bring in the cash. There is a donate option at the bottom of this page, and every dollar counts. No pressure... just thought I would mention. Thank you either way!

Have you seen Santa Clarita Diet? If so, take a look at this, it helps point out the flaws you noticed, but didn't know how to word before.

Love art? Check out this new artist! She focuses mainly on flowers and animals... but she does some feminist work too. If you're into that.
