Are a Ton of New Heroes Coming to the MCU?

I wanted to label this post "why I'm excited about season 2 of Agents of SHIELD and you should be too," but I figure that was way too long of a title... Anyways, I digress.

I don't know if anyone caught it in all the craziness that happened at the end of the first episode, but Coulson was most definitely on his way to London. I mean, he was most definitely postponed on his way there, but he has plans to go in order to seek out some kind of help. And what kind of help could he possibly be getting from there... England, also referred to as Great Britain... Ringing any bells?

There are a plethora of heroes that come out of England, some of the most obvious being Captain Britain, Union Jack, and Black Knight, but the possibilities for there to be even more heroes teaming up with, firstly, SHIELD, and secondly, the Avengers in the future (besides the Guardians of the Galaxy) are currently being set up! Fury is out and about himself, perhaps setting up leads for the future?

Do you know who else has roots out of England and also has big connections to Hydra?

That's right. Spider Woman.

The rights to our friendly neighborhood wall crawler may belong to another studio (for now), but Marvel still has the rights to a Jessica Drew a.k.a. Spider Woman (no relation to Spiderman). Could we be seeing her show up this season? Could all of these heroes come out of the woodwork and assist in one of earth deadliest threats (Ultron or Thanos)? Only time will tell, but if you aren't keeping up with Agents of SHIELD, now is the time to do it. Keep an eye out for Mockingbird (in Season 2 Episode 5) and I'm sure this picture has some kind of foreshadowing for the future...

Who are you most excited to see come out of England? Voice your ideas below, and be sure to vote in my current casting polls for Amora the Enchantress and Baron Mordo (shameless plug).
