Crime Chronicles: Burke and Hare, the Resurrection Men
The year is 1828, and Edinburgh, Scotland, was the center of anatomical study. As a result, there was a high demand for cadavers for academic studies. Unfortunately, however, the supply of cadavers wasn't able to meet the increasing demand which led to a significant shortage of corpses - that sounds very weird, doesn't it?

6 Years a Vocalite: My Journey
I've reached a milestone here on Vocal, this is my 100th story! Now, I've seen a whole lot of different approaches to this particular story, but I wasn't sure how to approach mine. After some thinking, I thought I'd share a more personal story than what I typically write and answer a few of the common questions I get along the way.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (2011)
To say Call of Duty's Modern Warfare games were a major success would be an understatement of note. Now, before I continue there is something I wanted to address really quickly about my Modern Warfare 2 review. The game was developed by TWO studios. I only mentioned Infinity Ward, but they were assisted by the team over at Sledgehammer Games.

Old School Anime Reviews - Dragon Ball
Well...this isn't quite how I'd imagined I'd be getting to the Dragon Ball franchise in this series. A few weeks ago, I saw something in my YouTube recommended feed that caught me by surprise, and not in a good way. Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball, has passed away.

Horror Classics: Son of Dracula (1943)
I can't believe we're already four films into our Dracula marathon! Now, I mentioned in the last entry that Dracula didn't have a specific solo run with Universal Studios in his early film appearances; he did however appear in a few crossover films in the late 1940s - which we'll discuss at a later date.

Is Dishonored Worth Playing?
There are many different genres in the gaming sphere, and each one has a unique challenge. One genre that, in my opinion, doesn't get nearly as much attention as it deserves, is the stealth genre. Now, let me be clear, I'm not saying stealth games are ignored, they just don't seem to get much in the way of attention nowadays...that's very sad.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2009)
After the release of the original Modern Warfare in 2007, the Call of Duty series returned to its roots by re-visiting the Second World War in 2008's World at War. The game was generally very well-received, with particular praise levelled at the intense single-player campaign, the multiplayer, graphics, and the introduction of the popular Nazi Zombies mode.

Crime Chronicles: The Werewolf of Bedburg
The Crime Chronicles series is becoming one of my favorite series' to write - as strange as that may sound. Now, after covering the case of Madeleine Smith in the last instalment, I was at a loss what story to do next. With that in mind, I started thinking and found a story that I'd heard years ago on the History Channel.
