The lesser known castles of Wakefield
Wakefield in West Yorkshire is known by the majority of people to have had two castles, one on Lowe Hill, commonly known as Cannonball Hill in Clarence park and of course the very well-known Sandal castle which is famous for being the site of the battle of Wakefield in 1460 and close to the site Richard Duke of York was brutally cut down and killed.

The morning sunlight glistened off the window and two wild staring eyes lapped up the beauty of the 1967 Fender Telecaster guitar through the large pane of glass. Road Wars
Bicycles, Love them or hate them they are a popular form of transport for many people across all Continents. In the UK however there appears to be an ongoing silent war between Motorists and Cyclists of all ages, just a quick search on YouTube reveals a plethora of videos featuring road rage, near misses or stupidity in general between both these groups.

I have kept silent throughout all the Covid 19 epidemic, and I kept silent throughout the current Black Lives Matter movement, not because I don't support, agree or disagree with it but because I felt that the opinion of a late 40s white male was probably not needed.

How to Restring a guitar
I never actually thought people wouldn't know how to restring a guitar, for me it was pretty obvious from day one how the strings went on an electric, an acoustic. I did have to be shown when it came to a classical guitar. It came to my attention recently that not everyone is as perceptive as I am, and I also had the added advantage of being interested in guitars long before I started learning to play one.
