Welcome, Movie Watchers!

I hope you all are enjoying your week!

We just got brand-new information regarding the best Marvel movie ever, Black Panther is officially nominated for three Golden Globes.

I said it right, folk!

Here are the three nominations for the Black Panther movie: Best Original Score, Best Original Song, and Best Motion Picture. Black Panther makes history as the first Marvel comic book movie to ever be nominated for Best Motion Picture at the Golden Globes.

This is very astounding!

This is great news!

The Cast Members of 'Black Panther'

I am so happy for Marvel Studios.

Also, I am happy for the cast and crew members in Black Panther that worked tirelessly hard on this epic film. The cast members: Ryan Coogler, Chadwick Boseman, Lupita Nyongo, Michael B. Jordan, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, and countless others.

What these cast members were able to accomplish in Black Panther was an absolute masterpiece. This film brought all of us together so we can have a voice. This movie is still relevant to this day. Black Panther is still the most talked about film ever.

Even I still talk about how the movie was and how the film brought new perspectives, in terms of life lessons.

Now, Black Panther was much more than just a comic book movie. The film meant something to me. Black Panther was about representation, opportunity, social relevance, and appreciation. This film had so many aspects than just being more of a comic book movie. It was absolutely amazing in every sense of the word. However, you have to really dig deep and see every little thing that happens in the film.

Black Panther broke barriers and what Marvel Studios did by creating so many opportunities for up and coming actors/actresses in the movie industry. These are things that we need to see change. Black Panther was huge for the African community as a whole. Let’s move forward and create something.

We need more superhero movies to be an Asian-lead or a Muslim-lead. There is also Captain Marvel, who is a female superhero, which is Marvel’s first superhero lead.

'Black Panther'

This is something that needs to be addressed when it comes to social relevance.

We want change.

We want to break barriers.

Wonder Woman was snubbed.

She did huge things and made opportunities for female superhero leads.

I also think that Patty Jenkins should’ve been nominated for Best Director in Black Panther. That is just the way I feel about it. So, this discussion here is about opportunities, representation, and cultural appreciation.

We are moving forward to 2019 and we want to see change. We want to see a lot of growth. Not just as a race, but as one race. That is what we should be focusing on. Not the outside noise that tells us otherwise.

'Black Panther' Earned Three Nominations at Golden Globes!

Let’s grow together and create all of these opportunities for everybody to have their chance, stardom, and moments. There is a much deeper meaning to a comic book movie that Black Panther brought to the big screen.

Overall, I am excited about Black Panther’s huge accomplishment!

Now this will make me want to watch the Golden Globes with my family. I hope that Black Panther takes at least something home. It could be one or two awards. I do not care. I really wish Stan Lee would have lived to see this moment.

Rest in peace, Stan Lee.

Your work will continue to live on.

Now back to Black Panther!

I’m not saying the film is not the Best Motion Picture of the year, but I want this movie to win something. The list of nominations has not gone out yet so Black Panther could still grab a few more awards.

Wakanda Forever!

The Oscars just announced that Kevin Hart will host the Oscars in 2019. That will be very interesting.

I am very excited and thrilled about Black Panther having 3 nominations at Golden the Globes!
