Has the DCEU Turned a Corner?
The DCEU did not get off to a good start. In fact, the first few years of the DCEU was a total failure. Hence my article "The Failure of the DCEU." In the last 12 months however, the DCEU carried out a soft reboot. The changes were extreme. Batfleck is out. Henry Cavill may or may not be out. The dark, broody and let's be honest depressing tone of the films has gone. And with Shazam and Aquaman, it seems that there may actually be hope on the horizon.
My Review of 'Shazam'
Shazam is an interesting take on the comic book movie genre. I know I was really excited about it when I first saw a trailer of the movie last year. It seemed like DC was going into a totally different direction of where they had been going with the dark Justice League series. The trailer looked campy and fun and the movie, for the most part, lived up to the high expectations.

Who Is the Real Reverse Flash for the 'Crisis on Infinite Earths' TV Crossover?
Ever since the show’s inception, The Flash has given us the Reverse Flash from the comics, Eobard Thawne—as played by both Tom Cavanagh and Matt Letscher. That version of the character plagued season one as the big bad, and from there onwards, has made multiple appearances across the entire Arrowverse.

I enjoy reading comic books and graphic novels. I’ll admit, when I was younger, I thought that reading them was a bit nerdy, but with me being a visual person and an artist, my curiosity got the better of me. I just wished I would’ve made the time to read more of the comics and graphic novels instead of worry about my self-image around friends and family.

Whether he’s your favourite superhero or whether you roll your eyes every time you see his name it’s difficult to deny that the caped crusader of Gotham city resonates with a vast number of the populace. But there are more reasons than just the regular “he’s just a man with no powers” argument.

A New Green Lantern?
The Young Justice comic book series has re-started in time with the debut of Young Justice season three. However, the two are not connected. Between the show and the comics, we find that the team roster is different. This post will focus primarily on the newest member of Young Justice, Teen Lantern. The introduction of this character raises quite a few questions.
Just a guyPublished 5 years ago in GeeksThey're Back! The Justice League Returns in New Animated Film, 'Justice League vs. Fatal Five!'
In 2001, Batman and Superman joined forces to save J'onn J'onzz, and we joined by the Flash, Green Lantern, Hawkgirl and Wonder Woman to form the Justice League. The team of seven heroes saved the world multiple times, but after two year they needed reinforcements and created the Justice League Unlimited. The series had dozens of DC heroes all joined together to stop even more of the DC villains from completing their sinister plans. But, in 2006 the adventures came to an end with Wonder Woman giving the closing line "and the adventure continues." Well, she did not lie, as now the League is returning in the next DC animated film, Justice League vs. the Fatal Five.

The Multiverse
I know that many of you DC fans are aware of the Multiverse. You've seen it in the Flash series where Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) has gone to different versions of Earth.

One of the most underrated characters within the comic book world is Aquaman. Most people remember him as the man in orange and green tights, with blonde hair, and who's only main use was in the water.
