This will be the most adorable thing you will have seen all year. Disney, as part of their live-action campaign, has released the first teaser trailer to the highly anticipated upcoming feature, Christopher Robin.

Disney is taking us all back in time, back to the Hundred Acre Forest to revisit the feels we felt as children. We are braced to dive back into the endearing world of Pooh and his beloved animal friends.

The new movie, directed by Marc Foster (Quantum of Solace) is a delightful reimagination of the classic tale.

Foster has taken us forward in time, to a time where a now older, all grown up Christopher Robin is once again in need of his friends' help. In this live-action reboot, Pooh reappears to try and help Cristopher Robin who is on the cusp of losing his wife Evelyn (Hayley Atwell) and daughter Madeline (Bronte Carmichael) because of his tireless addiction to work.

Pooh, with a little help from his friends, will take Christopher Robin back in time to a place that will help him reconnect to his inner-child and reconnect to his family through the joy and appreciation of childhood ventures and revaluation of what is actually important in life – is it work or family?

"In the heartwarming live action adventure, Disney’s Christopher Robin, the young boy who loved embarking on adventures in the Hundred Acre Wood with a band of spirited and lovable stuffed animals, has grown up and lost his way. Now it is up to his childhood friends to venture into our world and help Christopher Robin remember the loving and playful boy who is still inside."

Take a look at the teaser trailer below.

How adorably sweet is that? But, where were his friends?

It was not until recently that this remained the big mystery. Debate within the fandom was rife, were we to see the introduction of the gang or would this be the Pooh and Robin show?

Well, fortunately, as of this week, Entertainment Weekly shared this first-look photos that showcases the gang. Check out Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, and Piglet chilling in the sun on the beach. The gang is back and they are alive! That has the be the cutest thing I have seen all year – that is my childhood, right there on the deck chairs.

But is it what we expected? After all, we remember Christopher Robin as a child, and Pooh as his best bud. In an interview with EW, McGregor surmised, “In those older stories, [Christopher Robin] purveys a lot of wisdom through the way he deals with Pooh. Pooh and Eeyore run through a lot of philosophical questions, and Christopher Robin is there to answer them somehow,”

He added, “And I think, largely, he’s just lost any of that childish wisdom and he’s a bit stuck. He’s just very work-minded and doesn’t have any time for play. I suppose that’s what the film is about: finding his relationship with his younger self again.”

As expected, we can look forward to an all-star cast to accompany the beloved bear and his friends through this tale of enrichment, reconnection, and friendship.

So far, Disney has confirmed that Ewan McGregor will play Christopher Robin, Hayley Atwell will play Evelyn, Bronte Carmichael will play Madeline, his daughter and Mark Gatiss will play his demanding boss, Giles.

The voice actors include the classic talents of Jim Cummings (Winnie the Pooh), Nick Mohammed (Piglet), Brad Garrett (Eeyore), Kristen Anderson-Lopez (Kanga) and Wyatt Hall (Roo).

Christopher Robin will is touted for release August 3rd, 2018.
