No matter what, Ash survives!

Bruce Campbell has revealed that he has no intention of giving up on Ash Williams.

The series, Ash vs Evil Dead is currently in its third season in the US and UK. The series has been well received and the fans clearly seem to enjoy the show so far. But Campbell has said that if they get cancelled after season three the doors will not close on the Evil Dead universe.

In a recent interview with EW, Campbell stated that if the TV series gets canned, then Evil Dead 4 would certainly be their go-to project.

There has been no suggestion, thus far, of any cancellation or commision plans. STARZ is yet to release any statement on this.

Campbell said. "We won't know till the middle of March. We're in the horrible television limbo right now,"

He added. "We're going to see what the TV gods have in store for us. We're ready either way. If they take us off the air, we can think about another movie. And if they don't, we can just keep plugging away,"

The 2013 remake did not receive a sequel, so this is certainly an area to explore for the team if the series is cut. The current series brings us to the point where Ash has discovered he has a daughter, named Brandy. Now, it seems that Brady is soon to be the new target for a lot of unfortunate goings-on.

"Ash's world is always going to go to shit. That's what it's all about. If Ash isn't eating a shit sandwich, he starves. The demons are like the mafia. If they can't get to Ash, they're going to go for the family.". Campbell joked.

For now, we will have to wait on those so-called, TV gods.

Stay tuned to Vocal for more.
