'Big Hero 6' Live Action Fan Casting

Big Hero 6 became one of the most memorable animated movies to date. While the movie is from the minds of Marvel, it is not a part of the ever expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe.

But what if Big Hero 6 was a part of the MCU, and was re-branded into a live action film?

I have put together a list of talented actors and actresses that could do each character justice.

Let's Get Started:

Hudson Yang as Hiro Hamada

Hudson Yang is the hilarious kid from Fresh Off the Boat, who blew me away with his comedic prowess. He is one of the best child actors coming up right now, and would be just as funny, and entertaining as the animated Hiro.

Steven Yeun as Tadashi Hamada

The Walking Dead star has a large fan base that will continue to grow if he was casted in a fan favorite animation adaptation like this. He could easily portray a caring big brother role model.

Donald Glover as Wasabi

While he is not the exact build of Wasabi, he is the best fit out of any actor. The mannerisms, voice, and fearful sensibilities would make him the perfect live action Wasabi. These are shown off in his role of Troy Barnes in Community.

Analeigh Tipton as Honey Lemon

Recently starred alongside Miles Teller in The Two Night Stand. Tipton's look is identical to Honey Lemon, and can pull off the nerdy style and acting.

Dave Franco as Fred

Is it just me or was Dave Franco born to play this character? Of course, I suppose if T.J. Miller was younger that would make him the perfect fit, but that's not the case. Franco has that simpleton voice and acting style down pat.

Malese Jow as GoGo

Best known as Linda Park on The Flash. She is a great up and coming actress, but what really showed me she can play the rough around the edges GoGo is her portrayal of Lucy Stone on Big Time Rush. Unemotional and rude to a lovable degree is not out of Jow's range.

Gabriel Iglesias as Baymax (Mo-Cap and Voice)

Gabriel Iglesias is the master of voices, and is of course, fluffy like Baymax. While he does not have a large amount of acting experience and no motion capture experience, everyone has to start somewhere. Iglesias could make a different and unique voice to Baymax, and give the awkward movements more life. If you have ever watched his stand up shows, then you know what I mean.
