Last November, Harry Potter fans were excited to see that JK Rowling still had quite a bit of magic left in her when Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them came out and expanded the wizarding universe. With Eddie Redmayne as the charming Newt Scamander, his Gal Friday, Tina (Katherine Waterson), her sister, Queenie (Alison Sudol) and his No-Maj friend Jacob Kowalski (Dan Fogler) we discovered the United States' world of magic and the wonderful beasts that had been only touched upon in previous #HarryPotter books and films.

The first sequel to the film is in the works with three more to follow, and we finally have gotten some information about the film! According to production info site My Entertainment World (via Heroic Hollywood), the sequel will begin filming in August of this year.

Where Will It Be Filmed?

Gone are the skyscrapers of New York, as Potter fans return to the familiar world of European magic with filming being set for the United Kingdom as well as Paris, France.

Will Queenie And Jacob Be Back?

While Jacob Kowalski was definitely a fun and interesting character, we have to wonder if his time and Queenie's was ended in the first film, with the jump to a new setting. A shame, as theirs was a sweet romance and definitely a tear-jerker when he was forced to forget his magical time with the group. On the other hand, it's also entirely possible that the bubbly Queenie and now-prosperous Jacob could take a trip to London to visit their old friend, Newt, even if only in cameo.

How Will The Story Change?

While the first film focused on Redmayne's shy but lovable Newt Scamander and his misadventures with his beasts, Newt will only appear briefly in the follow-up film. Instead, the film will focus on Gellert Grindelwald, played by #JohnnyDepp, and his relationship with a younger Albus Dumbledore.

However, even though his character won't be the focus, it has been confirmed that Redmayne will be making an appearance again in the film. Perhaps it will have something to do with his relationship with Leta Lestrange, as it has been confirmed that she will have more to do in the coming sequels.

Who Else Will Be Back?

As mentioned above, we know that Grindelwald and Newt will return, but what about #EzraMiller as Credence? While it is assumed that he died when the obscurus was destroyed, director #DavidYates has confirmed that bits of it—and therefore Credence—still remain. There is also a deleted scene where Credence is getting on a boat, perhaps to find Grindelwald and seek out his revenge? Or to live out a life free of his abusive foster mother?

No matter what, even from the little we know it sounds as though we should get ready for another magical journey over the course of many films. I, for one, can't wait to continue the ride.
