Former 'Game of Thrones' Star's Instagram Proves He Is Certainly Still Team Daenerys!

The current Aquaman and former Game of Thrones actor, Jason Momoa, has certainly caused a bit of a *erm* stir with his recent Instagram antics. Inbetween gym pics and late night goings on there is a recent undercurrent of love for Emilia Clarke and her character of Daenerys Targaryen. Momoa is clearly struggling to leave his time on HBO's Game of Thrones, and on-screen wife behind...despite her smothering him with a pillow. Khal Drogo may have been killed off all the way back in Season 1, but Momoa's flurry of Instagram activity towards the show has the rumour mill turning for a Khal/Khaleesi reunion - hey, we have already brought back some dead Starks, give someone else a shot!

As the epic sixth season of Game of Thrones draws to a close, Daenerys seems to be finally making a move for King's Landing (it has only taken her six seasons). Proving he is the ultimate fan-girl, Momoa has been rallying behind her recent acts of Khal burning and dragon riding. He flew the Targaryen flag high when dastardly Khal Moro and the rest of the Khals were set alight by the former Mrs. Drogo - "Don't f**k with my boo"!

The post came just weeks after he was less than impressed at his wife's plight. Queen Daenerys was captured by the Dothraki horde and taken to Khal Moro, a Drogo lookalike who wanted to plant a baby inside his wife's dragon oven.

It wasn't all hugs and kisses though, Momoa went in on his telly-wife with the ultimate burn (we know how she likes them), reaching out to Daenerys's dragon, Drogon, whom he never got to meet. "Unfortunately your mother killed me with a pillow, It's hard to explain." Undoubtedly Khal Drogo would have been proud of her accomplishments and happy family unit of three dragons, adoring Dothraki and lovesick Ser Jorah Mormont.

Since leaving the show, Momoa has shared a lasting friendship with co-star Clarke, even sharing snaps together at last year's Paris Fashion week; however, the two haven't been on-screen together since a vision in Season 2's final episode "Valar Morghulis". Whilst his Instagram sign-offs of ALOHA DROGO could hint at the character's return, his body being cremated, and the actor's high demand for the upcoming Justice League, point to chances of slim to nil!

Hat's off to Momoa for having probably the best social media posts we have seen in a while, how can you beat "KHAL muthaf****n DROGO"? In the meantime shall we just appreciate how perfect Drogo and Daenerys actual were on the show, and that he will one day be reunited with his 'moon' #relationshipgoals. Let's just hope that his actual wife Lisa Bonet isn't the jealous type. To be honest, we wouldn't want to go up against the Mother of Dragons!
