Nerds around the world, REJOICE! Disney's acquisition of Fox will be finalized on March 20th 2019!! I will apologize for all the exclamation points but, and I think I speak for everyone when I say, FINALLY! What this means is Marvel Studios can now start writing and developing movies using characters from the Fantastic 4, Deadpool and the X-Men. Marvel Studios took hold of the comic movie market 10 years ago with Iron Man in 2008. Since then they, with the release of Captain Marvel, have created the most enthralling movie franchises ever! Wiping out most box office records and intertwining 21 movies seamlessly. With Avengers Endgame set to end phase 3 and the first 10 years of MCU movies, while they introduce their direction in phase 4. The cosmic universe. What better weapons to use at your disposal for a cosmic universe than the characters they just gained access to. The Fantastic 4, Doctor Doom, Galactus, the X-Men, Silver Surfer and many, many more! Here are some expectations I have, theories I have on how they will be introduced and casting suggestions. If you agree with any or all of my ideas please send to Disney, Marvel Studios, Kevin Fiege and The Russo Brothers themselves. So help me, I will make petitions if I need to!

Fantastic News Everyone!

I am just going to come out and say this The first three "attempts" at Fantastic 4 were horrendous! The first five Spider-Man movies, also horrendous. The Amazing Spider-Man movies, tolerable. The Tobey Maguire era Spider-Man movies were as bad as the Fantastic 4 movies. As a light shining from the heavens, pause for dramatic effect, Marvel Studios! The MCU acquired Tom Holland and introduce their own version of Spider-Man and here we go, the Spider-Man we have deserved since they started the idea to bring the character to life. My hopes for when Reed Richards, The Invisible Woman, The Human Torch, and The Thing get adapted by Marvel Studios are riding just as high. They now can give Doctor Doom and Silver Surfer new well deserved makeovers. Both characters were not given the credit they deserve on how powerful and enthralling they can be. As we saw with Ultron and Thanos, the MCU develops villains and foes the way they deserve to be done, and with how Stan Lee always wanted these stories to be told. Also, if anyone can do Galactus, Marvel Studios can!

Expectations on Introduction:

In the Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer, it appears as though the old Avengers Building is being rebuilt. Could this be the Baxter Building? By the time Far From Home comes out, the MCU will have had three months to create a post credit scene to prove my bold prediction true. Other theories include Galactus being in the upcoming Avengers Endgame. Sorry to break all your hearts, but this will not happen. They are not allowed to use these characters until the contract is final. With a March 20 finalize date, that gives them less than 30 days to do this. Even if they wanted to, I do not. As opposed to what happened with the Fox versions of these characters, I do not want these characters or stories rushed. I want them to take their time and do it right! Do you hear me Kevin Feige!? Seriously, I will start a petition. I imagine mid to late Phase 4 is when we can expect the Fantastic 4's introduction to the MCU. I do think they will do X-Men before Fantastic 4.

No More Roller Coasters!

The Fox era X-Men movies have been—well, let's just say a roller coaster ride. Some successes and a whole lot of failures. The original three showed great casting with subpar, rushed story lines, the Wolverine Origin movies being mediocre at best, minus Deadpool in Origins. My god, that was horrible. Luckily that was rectified, but more on that later. The back story, younger characters era was probably their best attempt but again a lot of failures. This is something I am looking forward to. X-Men introduced me to comic books. My first love! Really the worst part about the Fox era X-Men was the fantastic casting ruined by subpar stories. Well, if we know one thing about the MCU, they do great casting and well developed stories.

Expectations on Introduction:

For one if you didn't know, Scarlet Witch and her brother Quicksilver, are X-Men characters. Notice they didn't call them mutants? They called them "miracles." Clever way of dodging contracts, no? So as you should know, Scarlet Witch and her brother were created using an Infinity Stone, the mind stone to be specific. So I will be ok with this maybe being the way X-Men and mutants are introduced to the MCU. The Tesseract was used for experiments both by Hydra and S.H.I.E.L.D. There is also a lot of time where the Tesseract is unaccounted for. Maybe some experiments mixed with a catastrophic stone event, a finger snap perhaps, is how the MCU explains the sudden arrival of mutants. However, Professor X and Magneto are the oldest mutants and responsible for gathering mutants around the world and helping them learn their powers and adjust to being a mutant. So needless to say if this is how they blend X-Men into the MCU, it is going to need to be very well thought out.

I am not holding my breath for Hugh Jackman coming back as Wolverine. I'm sorry, I have shed my tears for this as well, but let's face facts. Can you say long shot? However, talking to you Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios, Michael Fassbender is your Magneto. Period. End of Story. Please be careful with your castings for all characters but seriously Michael Fassbender is who I wish to be Magneto. In my opinion, no one played him better. Ian was great in first three but come on, Michael Fassbender is my pick for MCU Magneto. I will start the petition!

Fact: 'Deadpool', The Only Success Fox Had

Ok let's shoot this straight. When it comes to taking over Deadpool, change NOTHING! Ryan Reynolds was born to play Deadpool. Deadpool was born to be a rated R character. Change nothing! The only awesome part about this is seeing Deadpool with actual X-Men. Like Wolverine. The chemistry between Colossus and Teenage Mega Whatever was great but left a lot to be desired as we know he and Wolverine go way back and, in the comics, are a fantastic duo. Seriously, I can't stress this enough, please change nothing with Deadpool.

Expectations on Introduction:

Seriously, change nothing. Not Ryan Reynolds. Not the R rating. Nothing. Ok I do have one thing I would like to propose. Make Deadpool the new Stan Lee. We are all going to miss Stan Lee and especially his cameos. So how bout we make Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool the new king of cameos. He gets his own movie for sure. Is he included in X-Men and Avengers 5? Totally. I just think we need to include Deadpool in every movie in the same fashion as Stan Lee. The people have spoken! Send this to Kevin Feige! Petition makers, write this up!

Hopefully everyone is as excited as I am! Maybe I proposed some good theories we can all agree on. More importantly, hopefully the MCU has already, in secret, started working on scripts and ideas to deliver what I expect to be a very, very amazing makeover on Fantastic 4 and X-Men. Of course, introducing the new king of cameos, Deadpool. Love and chimichangas, everyone! Good luck to us all!

P.S. We would really, really be eternally grateful if you would pretty, pretty please have scenes with Rocket Raccoon and Deadpool. Please and thank you!

Sincerely,

The Whole World.
