This story was written as if it was a 7 part series in a small weekly or monthly publication. When you see the '--' between paragraphs, that is when the next part starts. Now to start the story.

What would happen if frogs were considered monsters, and they wanted to take over the world? Keep reading to find out...

It was a slow day at work; I work at the local cable call center. They didn't think anyone saw them; they were sneaking in the back door. I heard the click of the door. The door opened and I saw them duck behind a desk. No one else noticed. I knew I would be the one who had to get rid of them. I got up, logged out of my phone and walked over to that desk. I slowly turned the corner and they were waiting for me. It was n ambush! Apparently, they knew I had seen them. I tried to scream, but suddenly, and being in shock, I could not speak. People were all around me, but it was as if no one saw them. I was terrified, all of these frogs and no one seemed to care. They were laughing and kicking me; when suddenly, frogs started flying about. One by one the frogs were annihilated! As I stood up, I looked down to see Winnie the Pooh! The Greatest Canadian Pooh Bear!

Thank you Pooh Bear. All mankind is safe now that you have annihilated the Frog Monsters...Or did he? Could he be secretly working wit Kermit, the Frog? Keep reading for more...

It has been four days since "the incident." There has been no word of the frogs or Pooh...

All has been quiet...too quiet! I was starting to get nervous, especially going around corners. I had this weird feeling in my stomach, but it was more than likely the four fajitas I ate at 3 AM this morning.

Stay tuned for more adventures of Frog Monsters!!

"I was on my way down the street one day. A man I did not know came up to me and asked me what time was on my watch. I said, "Does anyone really know what time if is?" (Chicago) He looked at me as if I were a FROG. I don't think he was impressed with my comment. Then I felt the sudden urge to turn around. I could not believe my eyes; I saw them there, through the window, sitting together. They were laughing. Why POOH? Why?"

I ran away! As fast as I could, I ran! How could he, sitting there with the enemy, KERMIT, the frog? What will happen to mankind? I fell to my knees, exhausted from running. Then I saw one! One lone frog! Just hopping away as if it were normal. Die! Die, Frog Monsters! Die!

I started to cry. The frog monster hopped over to my side and said, "Ribbit." And then he hopped away. I knew what he meant by that. Mankind will be forever changed.

...or will it? Frog Monsters returns next time!!!...

--

I had to figure out how mankind was going to be saved! How? Darn It! How? Then, out of nowhere, it came to me. She could do it! She could separate them. I called her immediately and explained what I saw. I could hear the anger in her voice. When we hung up, I knew I had done the right thing.

I waited! Patiently! It seemed to be taking forever! Two days later, the commotion began. You could hear her screaming from blocks away. Have you ever seen Miss Piggy pissed off? Look out your window and you'll see.

Next time on Frog Monsters, Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog make up...or is it Miss Piggy and Pooh?? You'll have to tune if to find out.

--

The whole thing was horrible. Everything went wrong. It seems Miss Piggy is evil...and Pooh you ask? Oh the horror! Sob! Weep! He's dead! It seems that Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog have been evil partners all along.

It's all my fault. Poor Pooh Bear. Rumor is, he was trying to talk to Kermit, to change his ways. But being a bear of very little thought, Kermit outwitted him, and Miss Piggy ate him.

Why? How will we survive now? Who will save mankind? What will we do? The Frog Monsters are coming! I have to leave!

And as I stepped out my front door, that is when I saw them, just hopping down the street, ribbit-ing away. They knew I saw them smirking.

I went back in. I had to have a plan. Then, it came to m e. I will wait until nightfall, and escape in the shadows. The Cricket Fairies will protect and guide me.

What will happen to mankind? Do we have another hero? Stay tuned!!

--

Night came and I started my journey. I cut through the back roads and kept an eye out for the Cricket Fairies. They were nowhere to be found. I looked in every bush and every tree. They simply were not there. That is strange. There actually seems to be no noise at all.

After I walked through a couple of neighborhoods, I saw something, or someone, move in the shadows. It was difficult to tell in the dark. Whoever it was did not want to be noticed. It came into the light wearing a hooded cloak. I could not see his face. He said he was looking for the Frog! I told him I could not help him and turned to walk away. And there he was, smirking. "You are the one who tried to kill all of my Frog Monsters! Now you must die!"

"Not so fast, Kermit!" Said the hooded freak. He removed his cloak to reveal His identity...it was Jim Henson!

While holding a knife in his right hand and with a flick of the wrist, he unsewed the muppets.

THANK YOU, JIM!! Mankind is saved. But what is this feeling in my stomach.

That's when it happened. I opened my eyes, got out of bed and got ready for work. Don't you hate it when it feels like you did not get any sleep?

I burped, vowed to never eat fajitas that late again, and went on with my day.
