Green Queen: This Is What Megan Fox Would Look Like As Poison Ivy In 'Gotham City Sirens'!

Can you already hear the "sirens" whirring for that Harley Quinn film? The biggest treat to come out of the recent boom of Suicide Squad related news was that Harley's solo performance won't be quite so lonely. Tentatively titled Gotham City Sirens, Quinn will be joined by fan-favourites Catwoman and Poison Ivy, meaning that all eyes are currently on who could be slipping into black PVC, or pull off being a fiery red-head.

The worrying rumor that Megan Fox could be wrapping her tendrils around Warner Bros.'s Sirens has grown from a tiny seed to a fully-blown oak tree. As an apparent comic book fan, and having previously expressed an interest to play either #PoisonIvy or Red Sonja, it looks like the Fox could be coming out of her den to join Margot Robbie and her skimpy wardrobe. And what's more, the Gotham City Sirens comic series had a complicated romantic relationship between Harley and Ivy, so it wouldn't be that out there to see Margot Robbie and #MeganFox locking lips on screens. More importantly though, what would the Transformers heroine look like if she really was Dr. Pamela Isley?

Artist Boss Logic tweeted their own rendition of what Fox could look as Ivy, and it looks like it has come straight off the front of an upcoming #DC comic book. Given that David Ayer will once again be directing the Sirens, I wouldn't expect a hyper-realistic Nolanverse Poison Ivy, so Boss Logic's idea might not be that far off the mark.

The image definitely goes for the more Mother Nature look of Ivy which dominated the Sirens comic books and Rocksteady's Arkham games. It is a far cry from the Dr. Isley we met in Joel Schumacher's Batman & Robin. Sorry Uma Thurman, no Madonna cone-tits on her head this time.

I'll be honest, I don't hate the concept art, but I just can't get on board with the idea of Fox being Ivy — more often than not, she is reduced to a damsel in distress with the odd sarcastic quip. If Fox ever did make it into Gotham City Sirens, we can only hope she would channel the demonically possessed high school girl in Jennifer's Body and less of April from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Boss Logic then had a much better idea with a tweet that championed Emma Stone for Ivy. She may have already played the iconic Gwen Stacy in Marc Webb's Spider-Man films, but I would be more than happy to see her as the bloomin' marvelous babe. Admittedly, I did my own fan casting and neither actress was included — I'm secretly tipping Lindsay Lohan for a RDJ superhero reinvention (direct your hate here). With no set release date, but a promise that they are fast-tracking the film, being cast in Gotham City Sirens is sure to be the next big coup for Hollywood's leading ladies.
