Hey Leonardo DiCaprio, Is That You At Rio 2016?

Has Leonardo DiCaprio swapped Wall Street for the streets of Rio?

Has Leonardo DiCaprio swapped Wall Street for the streets of Rio? The internet seems to think so! As this year's Olympics 2016 kicked off in Rio, it looks like USA archer Brady Ellison bears more than a striking resemblance to the Oscar-winning actor. From eating the raw liver of a Bison on the Revenant set, Leo certainly likes to take on method acting before a new role, so could the actor be gearing up for a Hunger Games spin-off, with him as a titular archer? Ridiculous theory, we know, but as doppelgängers go, Ellison does look a lot like the Titanic actor.

For those who still aren't convinced, stare deep into those smouldering eyes and watch Ellison morph into Leo! Suffice it to say that the Twitterverse was quick to jump on the hype, questioning whether the 27-year-old athlete is DiCaprio's talented-twin.

We wouldn't mind being compared to the heart-throb DiCaprio, and Ellison himself spoke out on the comparison, telling AP:

I've had it told to me before, even when I was younger...I personally don't see a huge resemblance, maybe besides the facial hair. He is a good-looking dude so I guess it's a compliment.

Dubbed as a 'more attainable' DiCaprio, you can't blame Ellison for being flattered by the doppelgänger status. Whilst you stop staring, we have pulled together some other 'separated at birth' Olympians from this year who could pass as celeb doubles:

Willem Dafoe vs. William Fox-Pitt (Eventing)

If Dafoe's looking for a double for his role in the Justice League film, or just fancy resurrecting Sam Raimi's Green Goblin, we are sure Fox can 'trot' on over.

Natalie Dormer vs. Alicia Blagg (Diving)

Dormer's character may have been blown to kingdom come in the latest series of Game of Thrones, but there is no shortage of roles for the Hunger Games alumni. Dormer was voted one of Men's Health's sexiest women of 2015, so we are sure Alicia Blagg could swap the diving board for a double page splash!

Iwan Rheon vs. Richard Kruse (Fencing)

Another GoT star to bow out this season was the dastardly bastard of Winterfell, Ramsay Snow. The former Misfits actor may not be as bad in real life, but match the snarl of Iwan Rheon's Ramsay Bolton with fencer Richard Kruse and you could be in trouble!

Ellison walked away from this weekend's events with a more than respectable silver medal, so let's just hope that it doesn't take him as long to get his hands on gold as it took Leo to nab that coveted golden statue. We feel your pain man!
