Gasp! There are only three episode left in Game of Thrones Season 7, and while we don't know how HBO can top the action, it looks like we're going to try pretty damn hard to do so. We already saw climactic "The Spoils of War" heat up on the battlefield, but it looks like next week's "Eastwatch" will be cooling down as we head toward the season's end. However, just because Dany has stopped charring Lannisters, don't expect things to be any less dangerous for our seasoned survivors. So, wrap up warm and practice your best zombie shuffle as we check out the promo for Season 7's "Eastwatch."

Slaying The Kingslayer

The big question on everyone's lips is, "did Jaime Lannister survive?" Well, to put it bluntly, yes. With a heavy wardrobe of plot armor to protect him, we shouldn't have that sinking feeling that Jaime has dropped to a watery grave. That being said, the promo for "Eastwatch" does a bang up job of keeping that cliffhanger going.

While I'm sure our gold-handed hunk will live to fight another day, things might not look as rosy for Jerome Flynn's savior sell-sword Bronn. Surely someone major met their maker thanks to Dany and her dragons, and seeing a long-term favorite like Bronn get toasted alive would be one way to get us right in the feels!

The Mad Queen

After weeks of losing your ships, losing your eunuchs, and losing your faith, "The Spoils of War" was a big win for Team Daenerys. However, the trailer shows a concerned Tyrion Lannister looking over the ashes of war. While Varys the Spider has pledged allegiance to Dany, it looks like those closest to the Mother of Dragons may become a little perturbed by her tactics.

After having her own outdoor BBQ, Dany's small council should be rightly worried that she is following in her father's footsteps and taking on the Mad Queen persona. Telling those surviving Lannisters to bend the knee or die, Daenerys clearly isn't one for suffering fools gladly. We may have all been worried about crazy Cersei and her pixie cut on the throne, but Season 7 has shown that Daenerys clearly has daddy's mean streak in her too.

Dragon It Out

Keeping up with this season's great meetings, "Eastwatch" sees a typically stoic Jon Snow crossing paths with Daenerys's dragons. We see our victorious ruler atop a ballsy Drogon, who is equally not phased by the King in the North. While most people would be flambéed a'la Shireen Baratheon, will Jon get close enough to pet Drogon?

With that Targaryen blood secretly coursing through Jon's veins, we can only assume that Drogon will sense this and tease that eventual big reveal that R+L=J. The biggest of Dany's dragons may already have a ride, but fans hope we will see the bastard hero ride his own dragon before the show bows out in Season 8.

'Watch' Out

Forget your torn battlefields or giant dragons, perhaps the biggest thing to take away from the promo is a trip along the Wall to catch up with the Night King and his army of the undead. When we last left Kristofer Hivju's Tormund Giantsbane, he was taking his Wildling followers and heading to shore up the castle known as Eastwatch by the Sea. The title of the episode unsurprisingly spoils that this is where we can assume most of the episode will take place, and we will finally see some wintery wight action.

As Bran sends his ravens out, we see hordes of frozen zombies circling round a group of humans, and things don't look particularly positive. Given that we know Tormund is out there with only a small force, those "Brimund" shippers better get ready for a shocker, because could this be the last time we see our bearded brute on our screens? The various trailers for Season 7 have teased some snowy battles — and Beric Dondarrion wielding that flaming sword — and while that may not all happen before the end of "Eastwatch," we are certainly heading there.

As Ser Davos says, "bad things are coming" — well, no sh*t Sherlock, we are clearly heading for some more major cast departures. While Jon Snow seems to be the only one worried by the incoming wave of White Walkers, the rest of the big players are too busy focusing on torturing each other and sitting on that uncomfortable piece of Ikea furniture. However, if the promo for "Eastwatch" is anything to go by, it looks like the men and women of the Seven Kingdoms may be about to sit up and take note of those abominable snowmen.
