Indie Film News: 'The Call of the Void' Cast Announcement
Hot on the heels of the first set photos for 'The Call of the Void' comes the list of confirmed cast and crew.
Following the release of the set photographs for Park Bench Productions upcoming short indie film The Call of the Void and, as if a look at the set wasn’t enough of a treat for one day, the completed list of cast and crew for The Call of the Void has also been announced and stars;
Ashley Bedford as Adam Stevens
Lucie Moore as Adelaide McKenzie
Grace Taylerson-Smith-Prichard as Alexandrina Montague
Adam Walton as Daryl Jones
Tom Graham as Ignatius Rosenburg
Laura Johnson as November Morris
To add another layer to the intrigue surrounding this project, it will be the onscreen debuts of most of the cast who all have experience in the theatre, several in fact are a product of the University of Huddersfield's drama department, and indie film fans will be looking forward to seeing how the performers adapt onto the screen. Leading actress Lucie Moore said "I am so excited to start production; I've never done a short film before so this is new ground for me to experience, and having such an engaging character and working with close friends in a professional environment, it's sure to be a triumph."

Keep on the lookout for a soundtrack artist announcement in the next week or so as this The Call of the Void is going to be sound tracked by having multiple musicians, specialising in numerous styles, collaborating to create an evolving and shifting style that will mirror the abstraction of the film.
Ashley Bedford in 'Frames'
If that wasn’t enough to whet your appetite, keep a look out on the Park Bench Productions Facebook page for their imminent four minute expressionistic short film Frames, also directed by Jack Price and starring Ashley Bedford, which combines still and real time images to distort the viewers perception. Of The Call of the Void Bedford has said; "I'm really looking forward to working on this project, especially after reading the script."
