Sam Wilson/Falcon's jumpstart in the MCU'.

In Ant-Man(2015), we did get to see Anthony Mackie, the actor who plays Sam Wilson/Falcon sporting a new suit similar to what he's wearing in Captain America: Civil War but we didn't see Sam Wilson sporting any of the moves he's showcased in this new clip. In the new clip, Sam Wilson/Falcon comes flying in on his new set of wings, which he can also manipulate mid-flight to simulate a shield. There's not much else to decipher from the clip except Sam Wilson as he walks away, towards the end of the clip. He can be seen holding the expanse of his suit's wing as a protective shield. That scene could imply that Sam Wilson has been given several upgrades to his suit, but by whom is the question. As well as the new concept art for Captain America: Civil War revealing even more additions to Sam Wilson's armory.

Where is Sam Wilson getting upgrades from?

As of now, the Avengers don't have a tech-savvy member on their team. Tony Stark/Iron Man was the technologically inclined talent of the Avengers while he stood on the team. However, Tony Stark/Iron Man's departure from the Avengers at the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron means he'd no longer be developing technology for the Avengers or any of Captain America's team. Although it could fit in the realm of plausibility for Iron Man/Tony Stark to continue working with the Avengers even if he's not a participating member on the team, seeing is that James "Rhodey" Rhodes/War Machine was last seen as a member of Captain America's new Avengers at the conclusion of Avengers: Age of Ultron. But apart from that, there might be a more intriguing aspect to consider when the question of new technology showing up on the Avengers is explained.

Ant-Man/Scott Lang and Henry Pym are going to help Captain America.

After viewing the clip, it appears that Scott Lang played by actor, Paul Rudd is an excited addition to Captain America's recruitment. With Scott Lang/Ant-Man on Cap's team, they're going to have some new tech available to them with his help. But Scott Lang isn't the person in the MCU' capable of providing new tech to Captain America's Secret Avengers. To counteract Tony Stark/Iron Man and his team of bounty hunters, Captain America is going to need all the help he can get from Scott Lang/Ant-Man as well as Lang's current known associates. And I don't mean Scott Lang's heist crew from Ant-Man(2015), i'm talking about Henry Pym.

Michael Douglas as Henry "Hank" Pym in the MCU'.

Actor Michael Douglas plays Henry "Hank" Pym in the MCU', and we last saw him in Ant-Man(2015), giving a Wasp suit to his daughter, Hope Pym. We're likely to see Michael Douglas again once the Civil War event begins. And he's probably not going to be happy that Scott Lang is going to implicate him in the Civil War conflict by having Ant-Man stand at the forefront of the conflict next to Captain America. But It's likely that Scott Lang/Ant-Man will need to visit Hank Pym for a suit upgrade of his own(revealed by the screenshot of Ant-Man, placing him alongside of Captain America in the trailer for the film). As previously noted, Scott Lang is not capable of manufacturing new technologies, nor improving on old ones but Hank Pym's Marvel Comics' history has his character capable of such and more. That's where Michael Douglass will fit into Captain America: Civil War. We haven't seen Douglass in any of the promotional footage for the film, nor any casting confirmation of Henry Pym showing up in Captain America: Civil War but his association with Scott Lang, and Lang's need for his help will likely put Henry Pym in the position to help Scott Lang/Ant-Man and the Secret Avengers during Civil War. Henry Pym will probably begin by giving Scott Lang a new suit, wherein Henry Pym will probably have a quip for Sam Wilson, likely to be accompanying Scott Lang(Rudd), to which he could have something useful for Falcon, possibly including Sam Wilson's tech drone, Redwing. The technological advances to Falcon's suit prove he's going to be getting those upgrades from somewhere, and someone like Henry Pym is the perfect person in the MCU' to be developing weaponry like the robotic, Redwing.

Where else could Sam Wilson have gotten his new wings from?

Apart from Henry Pym, the only other source Captain America's team of Secret Avengers could utilize as a source for new tech in Captain America: Civil War would be from that of Tony Stark/Iron Man. It's clear that Captain America and Iron Man/Tony Stark are going to be standing on opposite sides of the Civil War conflict but they may not start at odds with each other in the film. Tony Stark could be involved with the Avengers before the Civil War breaks out, but when the conflict comes to a head, he'll be forced to choose a side. But before Tony Stark chooses his side, his contribution to the Avengers may have had him developing new weaponry for them during the lapse of time between Avengers: Age of Ultron and Captain America:Civil War. However, that theory is more improbable now with the idea of Henry Pym taking the place of the tech genius in the film. On top of that, Pym's Marvel Comic's history also has had his character competing with Tony Stark/Iron Man for top tier status of tech genius on more occasion than one. Henry Pym could definitely contribute to Captain America's Secret Avengers in the new film as the team's source for new tech, but we won't know definitively until Captain America: Civil War premieres next month.

Here's the concept art for Sam Wilson/Falcon in Captain America: Civil War. Giving a better look at his new armaments.

Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.
