Jason Dohring Joining the Cast of The Originals Season 3
Now we have our first casting in Jason Dohring as Will Kinney, the good-natured but determined detetective.
A few weeks ago I wrote about how we would be getting new characters this coming season 3 of The Originals (you can find it HERE).
Now we have our first casting in Jason Dohring as Will Kinney, the good-natured but determined detective.
Jason has the upper hand, being no stranger to detective work as he played boyfriend Logan Echolls to teenage super sleuth Veronica Mars.
He is also no stranger to vampires, as he played vampire Josef on the TV show, Moonlight. In The Originals he will most certainly be a human, but who knows? With the death toll what it is in the French Quarter, perhaps he will be slipping on a pair of fangs once again.
With Cami trying to distance herself with the Mikaelsons this season, and with Will being a human without supernatural entanglements, is it possible that there might be a romance in the future? Only time will tell.

Not just because it is short, but because it presents a storyline that is interesting and corrupting. Easy to read and easier to analyse, ‘The Pearl’ is one of Steinbeck’s hardest hitting classics with an underlying message about protecting what is actually important. By the end of the book, the reader is left defeated and believing in the wrong thing. The idealism around this book is incredible and it is so dark too. For a long while you are supporting the wrong people, thinking in the wrong way and the whole story becomes one long act of misdirection by Steinbeck to show in a ‘Monkey’s Paw’ fashion why we should never chase wealth and status.
