Dinosaurs. What do we imagine when we hear that word? Giant hulking beasts with teeth for miles and skin made of tough hide? Or are you the type of person that instantly begins to hum the little catchy tune from Jurassic Park when the smash-hit movie series debuted in 1993 when Universal released their dinosaur action-adventure series?

Today a bit of news has been released about Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, which is set to debut in theaters on June 22nd, 2018. Luckily the news didn't contain information about weapon wielding dinosaurs. Instead the news pertains to the fact the filming has wrapped up and fans have gone ecstatic. Even with that bit of news something a bit more intriguing has happened with the film: set photos have been swarming all over Twitter and they will make you want the movie sooner than later.

The Jurassic World 2 Set Photos Caught In Hawaii

There's no doubt that a tropical place such as Hawaii would be a premium spot for the movie. Since the series has been well known for its tropical settings, there's no doubt that the film would continue this theme, and does quite well with Bryce Dallas Howard and co-star Christopher Pratt getting washed up on shore. There's no doubt that this could have been happening to that mysterious mosasaurus that ate the indominus rex during the events of Jurassic World.

There's a good chance that the mysterious mosasaurus may be taking part in the movie if water has anything to do with this film. There's also a good chance that a pterodactyl swarm may have caused a few problems for them. Yet there are plenty more that have landed for us to look at.

While there's no doubt the chemistry between Pratt and Howard's characters remains strong, there's definitely a chance that the movie will help grow that, but in a rather dinosaur filled way.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom Filming is Done, the Director Announces it in an Epic Way

There's no doubt that JA Bayona is a blast to work with if you are an actor and crew member. He's one that stands proud of their work and has directed one of the most successful Jurassic Park films to date. To announce that their filming has wrapped up and the movie has moved forward into post-production? He posted a little gif of Chris Pratt on his Twitter.

While he celebrates there's no doubt that others are as well. You can see below that even Colin Trevorrow is excited with wrapping up filming at this pint.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom Moves Onto Post-Production

While the film has wrapped up its filming segment, now comes the tedious work of digital artist, musicians, and many more. Their work will help bring this dinosaur filled adventure to life in the months to come as the movie preps for its release in just under year from now.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is expected to arrive in theaters on June 22nd, 2018. Lets just hope no spoilers appear online ahead Jurassic World 2's premier.
