Chances are, on a trip to Europe, that you’re going to end up in an Agatha Christie mystery. Best pack your running shoes.

Murder Mystery is a newly released original Netflix film directed by Kyle Newacheck. On their fifteenth wedding anniversary, Nick (Adam Sandler) and Audrey (Jennifer Aniston) Spitz venture off on a trip to Europe to reinvigorate their marriage. Only to end up as suspects in an Agatha Christie mystery dodging bullets, and facing the most insane situations.

I was very skeptical about Murder Mystery. I did not believe that it was going to be a good movie. Turns out I was VERY wrong! Go to Netflix right now, and catch this hilarious, surprisingly endearing, and action-packed film! I could not stop laughing!

I have never been a big fan of Adam Sandler movies, but this just may be his best film yet! As a somewhat struggling detective, Sandler takes his job seriously. He has some of the funniest lines and great timing. Normally, I don’t like his humor, but he does an incredible job.

Jennifer Aniston was amazing, running in heels, her surprised expressions, and sarcastic comebacks directed at her husband.

I had doubts regarding Sandler and Aniston playing a married couple. Their chemistry and interactions are what made the film memorable! They are so fun, and hilarious to watch in each scene! I would watch another film with them!

Love is one of the toughest subjects to ever describe. No marriage is perfect. Murder Mystery did an outstanding job selling Aniston and Sandler’s marriage and giving struggling couples a meaningful lesson that things will get better.

Joining in on this murder mystery, Luke Evans (Charles Cavendish), Terrance Stamp (Malcolm Quince), Gemma Arterton (Grace Ballard), David Williams (Tobey Quince), Dany Boone (Inspector de la Croix), and Adeel Akhtar (Maharajah) all add the perfect blend of contrasting characters. You need a ton of characters to wrack your brain with for a delectable murder mystery.

With a setting in Europe, I just want to tag along. All the gorgeous hotels, eye-catching scenery, and even a majestic library. Too bad it has to be used for revenge purposes. Some of the story even takes place on a gorgeous yacht overlooking the ocean!

Murder Mystery is a well-written and decent action and mystery film. It’s not often that we get a fleshed out murder mystery anymore. Nothing is forced. There’s an awesome chase sequence, and even moments of suspense.

Director Kyle Newacheck outdid himself. Unlike how some films have been struggling with the ‘see and don’t tell’ rule, Newacheck keeps audiences in for a wild and exciting ride.

Comedy is so tough to land. What do audiences find humorous? Murder Mystery excels in the unexpected. The script was well written, even letting Sandler and Aniston do their own thing, perfectly working off one another in one of the best movie romances I have seen in a long time.

Murder Mystery is a perfect blend of comedy and drama. Although the film tends to fall on the usual mystery cliches, the film is a fresh story. This film is so worth a watch. It was entertaining from beginning to end, never once falling on a dull moment

I could watch Murder Mystery over and over, because it was so funny! Don’t you just wish you could go back to that one movie so you could watch it for the first time? Murder Mystery is that movie. Totally worth seeing if you’re in need of a laugh.

Make some popcorn, and get on Netflix now! Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston are not to be missed in this nonstop, epic, comedic mystery.
