Seasons 1-2

So Season 2 has come to an end and now the wait for Season 3 (which has been confirmed) is on. Others will go for the manga while most will wait patiently (possibly). So, here is my personal review on the show!

The main character known as Izuku Midoriya, his nickname being Deku from a childhood friend named Katuski Bakugo as a means to bully him. From a young age, Izuku has dreamed of being the number 1 hero, along with every other character in this show. (Minus the villans.) As time goes on, Izuku manages to get into this school known as U.A. High, which is the starting point of being a hero! He meets Ochaco Uraraka (which I ship them), and Tenya Lida who become his friends throughout the show's and manga's progression. He does meet others and becomes good friends, but he mainly sticks to Tenya and Uraraka.

The childhood friend known as Katsuki Bakugo is a hot head who thinks he is better than others, though this is caused by everyone praising his quirk from a young age. He teased and bullied Izuku because the young boy didn't have a quirk, he is seen to have this villain-like talk about killing people he doesn't like, and shouting a lot.

All Might, everyone's favorite number 1 hero, works at U.A. as a teacher and grows close to Izuku, being the one who told him that he could be a hero, though later in the first season he passes down his quirk known as One For All. His real name is said throughout the show quiet often, but others refer to him as All Might to keep his identity a secret.

Now, on to the actual review! The first season overall was slow so you could get to know the characters and get attached to them (like some other animes). Not much really happened until near the end of the first season when you finally get to meet the villains. The first two villains you meet are Tomura Shigaraki and Kurogiri, and a lot of lower class villains.

(I'm trying not to spoil too many things.)

After that encounter we get to Season 2, in which the first part is a tournament arc, where you get to know the characters more and get to know the other students from the school. There is some back story from Todoroki Shoto and Ochaco Uraraka (though it's not much). This arc was alright with me. Personally, I love these types of arcs because it's like a break from the whole tension and dangers that await them near the end.

The end of the tournament arc is when the characters get to do internships with pro-heroes to get the idea of what they would be doing when they become heroes or sidekicks. During this time Tenya, Shoto, and Izuku have a "run-in" with the Hero Killer named Stain. This fight was really nice because the three bonded and actually grew closer and got Shoto to open up to some people.

Finally, when all of that is over, we get down to the last bits of the season which is THE FINAL EXAM! This honestly felt like comic relief and a laid back portion of the season. Though it does get a bit intense when the characters get put into pairs and have to fight certain teachers, the one group that was intense was All Might vs Bakugo and Izuku. (That's where I'm leaving it cause I don't like spoilers sooooo...)

When that's all said and done, the last episode just lets the viewers know how serious the next whatever-number of seasons will get, introducing two new villains and showing the person in charge of this whole thing, I honestly can't wait for third season to see the training camp arc. So now we wait for the next season! I'm sorry if this review isn't the best this is my first review in general so any tips would be fantastic! THANK YOU! Hope to see you soon!
