In less than a month, Stranger Things will return to Netflix for its second season. The wait is excruciating, but we have something new to hold us over: the official Stranger Things Twitter account tweeted out the season's new episode titles in a mysterious clip accompanied by some very interesting illustrations. Check out the teaser below:

A number of titles have changed from the original set that we were shown. Chapter 2 is no longer called "The Pumpkin Patch"; instead, it's being called "Trick Or Treat Freak." "The Pollywog" has been reordered from Chapter 6 to Chapter 3. "Madmax" is still Chapter 1.

So, what do they mean? Let's break down the new titles and images.

Chapter 2: 'Trick Or Treat Freak'

Season 2 is being released a few days before Halloween, so it's safe to say there'll be some Halloween connection in this episode. Plus, the festive jack-o-lanterns give away the likely connection, too.

Chapter 4: 'Will The Wise'

Will Byers is probably going to be at the center of this particular episode. It's unclear why he's being called Will "the wise," though it may have something to do with his knowledge of the Upside Down. The images paired with the title for Chapter 4 do depict an otherworldly monster — will he have some special insight into stopping it?

Chapter 5: 'Dig Dug'

The title for Chapter 5 is probably the most revealing of the bunch, as it cleverly references a classic Namco video game from the '80s, Dig Dug. This particular nod is important to acknowledge because the image it's paired with is Chief Hopper descending into a tunnel. If you're unfamiliar with the gameplay, the main character has to descend underground for the sole reason of killing monsters.

Chapter 6: 'The Spy'

While the title for Chapter 6 is quite straightforward, there's no way to determine who's the spy in all this. Are they spying for the government? Or someone else? Everyone is a suspect at the moment, especially with a cloud of mystery looming over Hawkins, Indiana.

As for Chapters 7, 8 and 9, perhaps their titles are too spoiler-y for the Duffer brothers to reveal for now?

Either way, all will be revealed when Stranger Things Season 2 premieres on October 27, 2017.
