'Overwatch' Cosplayers Are Already Jumping On Tracer and Emily

The comic "Reflections" came out from Blizzard recently and besides the usual holiday package of feels, it also caused quite a stir. The highlight of the holiday romp was the revelation of Tracer's live in partner, Emily. #Blizzard hinted at one of the heroes being a member of the #LGBTQ community for a bit and this big reveal had a lot of people rather excited with others being markedly devastated over the death of Widowtracer. We're not here to talk about that bit, though. What we are here for is to admire the fact that cosplayers wasted no time in celebrating Tracer and Emily.

That Was Quick

Cosplayers Raegan Kathryn and Ashlynne Dae wasted no time getting into the Tracer x Emily spirit. They recently posted a pretty adorable recreation of one of the panels from the comics. I mean, sure, the cosplay is pretty simple so there's not as much that would go into it, but you still gotta admire that turnaround time.

Voxophone Cosplay recently came out with her own take on Tracer and Emily as well which make me wonder if cosplayers are somehow clairvoyant. Do they see into the future and start putting together everything ahead of time? Do they just not believe in sleep? I'm not sure, but either way I'm thankful for their efforts.

A few days after, Fenix Fatalist Cosplay in collaboration with Lei Radna Cosplay came out with a beautiful recreation of the comic with the help of Alexander Bootsman Photography. The general consensus was "that was so fast." Which is par for the course with Tracer, really.
