Phase 4 of the MCU Might Just See a New Avenger in the Form of Thanos' Brother

'Infinity War' is going to be a massacre and we might as well bid farewell to some of our favorite Avengers. Thanos' brother, Starfox could turn up to fill the voids.

Just when you thought that Marvel couldn't host any more surprises, it did again and this time in the form of the Mad Titan's brother! Yes, the Infinity War villain has a brother but he doesn't share the same traits as Thanos. He is actually an Avenger who made his first appearance in the Iron Man #55 comics.

Starfox is actually his pseudo name given by the Avengers before introducing him to the public. His actual name is Eros, son of Alars and Sui-San. He is an Eternal just like his rogue brother and possesses superhuman abilities, which makes him a prime member of the Earth's mightiest heroes.

He possesses immense strength, speed, stamina, and durability just like any other Eternal (cosmic powered species very much like humans), not to boast of immortality, flight power and healing power. Basically, he is Marvel's version of Superman (Pfft! Like that's going to happen). However, the superpower which makes him stand apart from other heroes is his ability to stimulate the pleasure centers of the brains of people within a 25 feet radius (Now, that's a superpower everyone dreams of).

Eros has a complicated history which includes falling out with his brother Thanos. He came to Earth in search of people like him and ultimately ended up in the training program for the Avengers. With his added firepower, the Avengers finally took down some fearsome foes including the Wizard and Terminus. Phase 4 of the MCU might introduce a villain just like Thanos. Hence, Starfox will be a good addition to the team.

How Can He Be Introduced in the MCU?

After the void which Phase 3 will be leaving, Marvel would look forward to fill it up with some influential character but also who can be connected with the progress of the storyline. Now, as far as we know, the Captain Marvel movie might just focus on the Kree-Skrull war as the primary event. In the comics, it's actually Starfox who rescues Captain Marvel from the scene. This could be an opportunity to introduce him to the MCU.

However, that's not all. Starfox has numerous connections with the Avengers, so bringing him into the scene isn't that difficult especially considering that his brother is wreaking havoc everywhere. He also took a leave from the Avengers to pursue Nebula when she worked for Thanos. So, it is highly plausible for Starfox to turn up in the Marvel universe soon.

So, are you hyped up to see Starfox fighting beside the Avengers?
