Pixar Theory: Has 'The Incredibles 2' Villain Been Confirmed?!

Spoilers ahead...for a movie that hasn't come out yet.

About two months ago, I wrote an article called "Was the The Incredibles 2 Villain Revealed?!" In that article, I looked at the new characters that were gonna appear in The Incredibles 2, and I decided that Voyd was gonna be the newest villain.

But now, I have a new idea for who the villain of The Incredibles 2 will be. And I'll be theorizing about the plot a little more as well. So, here we go!

Okay, so, where do the logical theorists go looking for clues about a movie that hasn't even come out yet? Well, YouTuber Jace Diehl has gone around looking in the Lego sets for The Incredibles 2.

More specifically, he looked through the "Elastigirl's Rooftop Pursuit" Lego set, and there is a lot to examine and interpret about this Lego set.

In Jace's video, which I'll leave at the end of the article, he displays the Lego set, and this is what it looks like.

If you look at Elastigirl, you'll see that she is wearing her Mrs. Incredible super suit, instead of her new Elastigirl suit that she wears in the teaser trailers.

Now, in the trailer, we know that Elastigirl was approached by a tycoon named Winston Deavor, who wanted to bring Elastigirl back into the limelight. And since they didn't ask for Mr. Incredible, they wanted her to be Elastigirl, instead of "Mrs. Incredible."

In fact, we see in one of the newer trailers that her new Elastigirl suit wasn't designed by Edna Mode, and was instead designed by Alexander Galbachy.

Elastigirl also wasn't quite fond of the new suit given to her by Devtech, the company owned by Winston, but I think there should be a better reason for why she decided to change back to her Mrs. Incredible suit.

If you look at the Lego set again, you'll see a new character, who is in a helicopter. We can assume that the character is a villain, because this is who Elastigirl is pursuing, and he appears to be trying to escape on a helicopter.

If it's hard to see who is in the helicopter, here's a better look:

According to Jace, this villain is named Screenslaver.

And Screenslaver is pretty much guaranteed to be the brand new villain of this movie. A cover for a new coloring book called Battle of the Supers: An Incredible Coloring Book contains this image:

You'll notice Syndrome, the main villain of the first film, is on the left, and Screenslaver is on the right, parallel with Syndrome. This makes it very clear that Screenslaver will be a new villain, and likely the main villain.

The Pixar Instagram page has also released a mural for The Incredibles 2, and who is right there, dead center?

But who is the man behind the mask with Screenslaver?

Well, here's something I noticed: Jakks Pacific has released some The Incredibles 2 Junior Supers action figures. And you can buy Elastigirl in her Mrs. Incredible suit, paired with Dash. However, when you want to buy Elastigirl in her new Elastigirl suit, she is paired with Screenslaver.

So, I assume that this is because Devtech is actually an evil company, and they're the antagonists of the movie. Elastigirl only had to wear this new darker suit when she started working with Devtech, but she ended up returning to her family to fight crime and she dons her Mrs. Incredible suit.

I already talked about how Evelyn Deavor sounds suspiciously like "evil endeavor," but let's go back to that Lego set.

Jace has the Lego set, and he was able to take off Screenslaver's mask.

And when he took off the mask, whose face was behind the mask?

Yes. Winston Deavor. The tycoon who lured Elastigirl to her mission is Screenslaver, the main villain of The Incredibles 2.

And his name is Screenslaver, so I assume that Winston is going to enslave Elastigirl by having her watch a screen. Screen? Slave? Screenslaver.

So, let's tie all this up, and come up with a possible summary for The Incredibles 2.

Elastigirl receives a message from a tycoon named Winston Deavor, who leads a world-class telecommunications company called Devtech. Elastigirl is teamed up with one of her fans, Voyd, given a new suit, and sent on some brand new missions. However, things go awry when a villain named Screenslaver hypnotizes her, forcing her to do his evil bidding. When Mr. Incredible, Dash, and Violet find out, they team up to save Elastigirl and unmask the mysterious Screenslaver, exposing him as the man he is: Winston himself.

There was a lot of information in this article, and I am crediting Jace for this discovery:

MAN, I'm excited for The Incredibles 2. And I think this is a very plausible idea for the film's plot. It'd be pretty embarrassing if my plot ends up being wrong by a lot.

Anyways, that's it!
