Hey what's up guys? My name's Mac78321 and just like you I like a good movie and I also like looking at old movies such as westerns and silent movies. I myself am a Laurel and Hardy fan and love going to the movies. I was excited to hear about the film Stan and Ollie and in this post I want to share what I think about the movie, This will be a non spoiler of course.

Stan and Ollie was released in cinema in the United Kingdom on the eleventh of January 2019. It has been a while since I went to the movies; the last thing I saw was The Nun and what a great horror movie that was.

The movie tells the story of Stan and Ollie in their personal life. Both Steve Coogan and John C Reilly play the part perfectly, They both have the voices, the acting and the movies which to me is an important part of any Laurel and Hardy acts and movies. Stan and Ollie tells us what is going on in the double acts life like what happens when the cameras are switched off and what happens with both Stan and Ollie's friendship and relationship.

Both Stan and Ollie loved each other but there was always ups and downs in the film industry back in the 1930s. This film talks about several different incidents in Laurel and Hardy's career, both from film to the stage.

Overall I would give the movie a nine out of time rating for the acting, screenplay and the music too. I would recommend watching the behind the scenes footage too. In the music and media industry myself I love watching the behind the scenes of a movie before watching the movie itself.

I would recommend Stan and Ollie to Laurel and Hardy fans and also people in the film and media industry. Because Stan and Ollie also lets you see what making a movie was like in the 1930s. It also give you a chance to see what Britain was like in the 1930s and music theaters back in the day. Any Laurel and Hardy fan would love to see and hear more stories about the world's most famous double act and Stan and Ollie would tell you a few stories that even the biggest fans don't even know.

For someone like myself working in the media industry I found that Laurel and Hardy movies were interesting because silent movies are a lot easier to make in my opinion because you don't need to worry about the sound and the music. Plus the director and producers can tell you want to do because you don't have to worry about that in the pose-y production stage of the movie.

Both Steve and John on the Set of 'Stan and Ollie'

Both Steve Coogan and John C Reilly said that they both liked being a part of the movie and playing the parts so brilliantly.

Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy, we salute you and say thank you so much for all the laughter and movies that you have done over the years. Your movies are still watched 'til this day and the younger generations are Laurel and Hardy fans.

Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy, we salute you and say thank you so much for all the laughter and movies that you have done over the years. Your movies are still watched 'til this day and the younger generations are Laurel and Hardy fans.
