These 7 Comic Book Based Shows Are Heading To The Small Screen
Let's take a look at the 7 comic book based series that are on their way to a television or streaming service near you.
By now you've probably all seen at least a few episodes from the various DC shows on the CW (Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow) or Fox (Gotham) as well as other comic book properties (iZombie, Supergirl, Lucifer). Although your opinion may be that one specific show is superior than another, it doesn't change the fact that thanks to these networks we're seeing some of our favorite characters finally portrayed on screen.
This is the beauty of what is being developed across the board — with the surge of superheroes on screen and, quite honestly, the success of non-hero television shows like The Walking Dead (AMC), Fear The Walking Dead (AMC) and Dark Matter (SyFy) we are seeing an upheaval of titles being sent to production and development.
