Fans just can't get enough #Deadpool. The wait for Deadpool 2 seems too long, and we've all been scouring the internet for any morsels of news on casting or storylines. We know that Domino and Cable will show up, but Hugh Jackman's Wolverine is a goner, as the final minutes of Logan heartbreakingly showed us.
Or is he? In a hilarious video made by Banana-Dragon Productions for JoBlo, we see a very unexpected post-credits scene to Logan, with Deadpool making an appearance:
The video begins with Deadpool looking on at Logan's grave, with the "X" in the ground; he then pulls out a piece of paper with a crayon-sketched drawing of himself and Wolverine — and a rolled-up vial of the green serum used in #Logan, developed by Dr. Xander Rice. When Wolverine was injected with the green serum, he was able to heal himself. So, Deadpool is clearly planning to resurrect Wolvie for Deadpool 2.
Unfortunately, this video isn't official, but it does give us a look at the Deadpool 2 tie-in that we all wanted to see in Logan. But hey, if 20th Century Fox wants to make it canon — and if Hugh Jackman would be willing to return to the role and don his claws again — we wouldn't complain.
In the meantime, we'll just have to keep watching the Deadpool 2 teaser "No Good Deed":
