Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads.

Out of all the film trilogies I've watched, the Back to the Future trilogy will always be my favorite. And there are scenes in this series that are just so iconic that I decided to tell you my top ten favorite scenes from the Back to the Future trilogy.

This list will be in no particular order, because I love them all too much to rank them. So, here we go.

In this scene, we have George, who has constantly been getting bullied by Biff, in a situation where Biff is trying to break George's arm. However, when George sees Biff shove Lorraine to the ground, he becomes enraged, and gives Biff a well-deserved punch in the face, winning Lorraine's heart at the same time.

Way to go, George!

As magical of a moment it was when the DeLorean time machine first rolled out of the back of Dr. Emmett Brown's truck, this is the scene that has stuck with us for decades.

Doc tells Marty, "If my calculations are correct, when this baby hits 88 miles per hour, you're gonna see some serious s**t." He then sends the DeLorean straight towards them, accelerating it at 88 mph, sending the time machine one minute into the future. Whoa, that's pretty heavy.

Marty plays guitar for Marvin Berry and the Starlighters, as he watches his parents from afar. He sees a bully cut in between George and Lorraine, and suddenly finds that he can no longer play the guitar. Marty looks at his hand and sees himself beginning to vanish.

Just then, George pushes the bully to the ground and kisses Lorraine, securing Marty's existence, as he finishes the song. I get chills just thinking about this scene.

In this scene, Biff holds Marty at gunpoint, and gives him the choice: to either die of a gunshot, or jump off the building himself. Marty jumps off, but we see that he has landed safely on the flying DeLorean.

Doc hits Biff in the head with the DeLorean door as he opens it, knocking him unconscious. Marty reveals that they have to go back to 1955, and the two fly away on the DeLorean as the music swells.

Marty escapes Biff's gang by turning a child's soapbox scooter into a skateboard, and he rides away from them, as the civilians in 1955 watch and wonder what he is riding.

When Biff gets in his car and decides to ram Marty into a truck full of manure, Marty climbs over the car, and causes the gang to drive into the manure themselves. This scene is so exciting and classically '80s, and that's what I love about it.

His existence intact, Marty takes center stage, and begins to play Chuck Berry's "Johnny B. Goode" – except "Johnny B. Goode" hadn't been written yet.

The thing about this scene was, they were thinking about cutting it from the movie because it didn't contribute anything to the plot, but test audiences reacted positively to it, so it was left in.

In this scene, Marty and Doc use a stolen train to push the DeLorean up to 88 mph, and send it 100 years into the future. Meanwhile, Doc finds Clara on the back of the train and saves her life.

Now, BTTF 3 is my least favorite BTTF film, but this is a very good scene.

Wow. I mean, this scene was made like a classic Western, and we see Marty get shot, only for him to get back up, and reveal a bulletproof vest. He proceeds to punch the s**t of Buford, and the fight finishes with Buford landing in manure.

Not only was the scene shocking, but it was foreshadowed in Back to the Future Part II, when Marty watches a similar scene from A Fistful of Dollars.

This is undoubtedly the most iconic, exciting, memorable scene out of all the movies. Marty is accelerating the DeLorean to 88 mph, as Doc fixes the cord that would send the lightning from the clock tower to the Flux-Capacitor, and send Marty back to the future.

I love this scene, and I can watch it endlessly. It's just too good.

In this scene, Doc arrives in 1985 to hand Marty a framed picture of them standing together in front of the Clock Tower in 1885. He reveals that he is now a father with two children.

Doc then gives Marty and Jennifer some words of wisdom. He tells them that their future is whatever they made it, and advises them to make it a good one. He then uses his time train to travel into the past, ending the trilogy for good.

And that's it! What's your favorite moment in Back to the Future?
