Which MCU Ships Should Sink and Which Should Float

A Ranking of Popular Ships

Here are a few popular ships, ranking on a scale of 1-10, based on the Marvel cinematic franchise.

Peter Quill and Gamora 10/10

THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS RELATIONSHIP.

From the first Guardians' film to Infinity War, this relationship had time to grow as the characters did. They just, make me soft.

Rocket and Groot -1/10

Burn it with fire. Just no.

Drax and Mantis 4/10

Don't hate it and I can see it happening. I do kind of like them and possibly will love them if they do go down this road and it's portrayed well.

T'Challa and Nakia 5/10

Okay, I love these characters so much, but them together? I am okay with the fact they have history but I am sort of meh about them.

Peter Parker and MJ 7/10

I love them. I love the possibility of them. But what I want out of this one is a similar development Peter Quill and Gamora had. It kind of seems to be following a similar set-up as is and I really hope they feel like they need to make this happen quickly.

Peter Parker and Ned 6.5/10

Okay, I am always game for the gays. But their friendship as is I already adore. Kind of torn on this one.

T'Challa and Okoye 7/10

I have no real reason to hate this ship BUT I DO. I guess I just can't see them together at all. But there is something else. (OKOYE DESERVES THE BEST AND IS T'CHALLA THE BEST FOR HER?)

Peter Parker and Shuri 1/10

Shuri with a White boy? Nope. But them as best friends? It was all I wanted from Infinity War but sadly didn't get.

Nebula and Mantis 8/10

Fuck yes. This would be amazing and there are rumors about a couple superheroes being LGBT.

Thor and Loki -82357098325/10

No. Nope. Not in my good Christian household.

Bruce Banner and Natasha Romanoff 7.5/10

Okay, just hear me out. I wasn't for them at the start of Age of Ultron until the scene with just the two of them alone in one of the bedrooms at Clint's home ranch place. That scene showed how vulnerable Natasha was able to be around Bruce and it made me very soft.

Natasha Romanoff and Wanda Maximoff 5/10

Honestly, I see these two as more of a bro-otp than anything. However, if they did go that way, I probably wouldn't complain as long as they don't oversexualize them. Basically, I want very soft lesbians that are sweet to each other and bring out the best in each other (Nebula and Mantis).

Vision and Wanda Maximoff 15/10

I will not apologize. I've loved them since Age of Ultron and I was inconsolable because of their fates in Infinity War. I will never apologize for my love for them.

Clint Barton and Natasha Romanoff 9.5/10

The only reason why I am not completely on board for this ship is that Clint is married (which might not be the case in Avengers 4 guys) and I really love their friendship as it is. But if it developed into something more, I probably wouldn't complain.

Nick Fury and Basically Every Avenger -7/10

A very strong and very firm no.

Tony Stark and Pepper Pots 6.5/10

Don't hate them. Don't particularly love them. In a few ways, their story, especially their story together, is one of the founding pillars of the MCU. I like how Pepper has done her best bringing out of the best in Tony.

Tony Stark and Steven Strange 12/10

YES PLEASE, SIGN ME THE FUCK UP I KNOW EVERYTHING I SAID ABOUT TONY AND PEPPER BUT THESE TWO IN INFINITY WAR MADE ME GAYER (WHICH IS A VERY HARD THING TO DO).

Steve Rodgers and Sam Wilson 6/10

As a guilty pleasure that I don't actually feel guilty about? Yes. As an actual ride or die ship? No.

Steve Rodgers and Shanon Carter -82357098324/10

I almost hate this as much as Thor and Loki.

Steve Rodgers and Bucky Barnes 7648230942876/10

The original gays of the MCU. They have my full support. Their "friendship" is a huge part of the franchise with developing characters and providing plot lines in a lot of the films. Plus, ICONIC LINES SUCH AS "I'M WITH YOU TO THE END OF THE LINE" AND STEVE BEING ABLE TO BREAK HYDRA'S BRAINWASHING?

Powerful gays.

Bonus: Loki and The Grandmaster ????/10

Oh, we all know they fucked in Thor: Ragnarok. How do I feel about it? I don't really know. It seems to be a rather torn subject too.
