There is no doubt that the moment 20th Century Fox signed actors James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, and Michael Fassbender; that they had hit gold with fans of the X-Men comic books. With the studio recently announcing that Simon Kinberg (X-Men Days of Future's Past, X-Men: Apocalypse), that we would be seeing something coming soon from the new X-Men saga film.

Today's set photo release has confirmed just that bit of news as actress Jennifer Lawrence shared on her personal Twitter account that the set for Xavier's School for the Gifted has begun construction. You can take a peek at the set photo below.

While we know very little about what's going on in the movie at this time, we can all confirm that the title of the movie does indeed follow up in the final moments of Bryan Singer's X-men: Apocalypse. Luckily for us fans of Jean Grey, this also does confirm that Sophie Turner will be reprising her role as the most powerful psychic in the history of Marvel Comics.

James McAvoy Even Has a Tease of Professor Xavier's Return

While Jennifer Lawrence was sure to have fun regards to sharing a set photo from X-Men: Dark Phoenix one of the fan favorite actors has also had a bit of fun of his own. James McAvoy took to his Instagram account to tease the shaving of his head to once more dawn the bald-headed appearance of the Professor. Something Sir Patrick Stewart did for years as he donned the role of the Professor himself.

While his video is just pure silliness, we can already assume that filming is about to get started on the movie, and we could very well see the rest of the cast having their own fun.

Luckily for us, it shows that they love the movie series just as much as we do, and we could very well see another smash-hit storming theaters in 2018. For those cast members that haven't had their fun yet, lets keep an eye out for them, and see what silly antics they get themselves into.
