You Can Thank Mark Ruffalo for Telling Us about That Epic MCU Photoshoot
It's well-known that Marvel goes to great lengths to try and keep their films a secret; so, it's fair to say that Mark Ruffalo might just find himself in a spot of trouble with the Marvel executives.
It's well-known that Marvel goes to great lengths to try and keep their films a secret; stories have emerged over the years detailing the measures they have in place to make sure nothing leaks, no matter how small. None of the actors are given a full script (especially Tom Holland) and all of them are sworn to secrecy with regards to plot details.
Based on this, it's fair to say that #Hulk actor Mark Ruffalo might just find himself in a spot of trouble with the #Marvel executives. Well, he might but let's hope not because he was really only trying to get the #MCU fandom hyped about what's next for all the MCU characters.
The plot then thickened when Ruffalo began broadcasting live on Facebook. The first video (which has since been taken down) showed Ruffalo alongside a number of MCU actors. It featured comments from Vin Diesel (Groot), Michael Rooker (Yondu), Anthony Mackie (Sam Wilson/Falcon), Evangeline Lilly (Hope Van Dyne/The Wasp) and Brie Larson (Captain Marvel). It's obviously a big deal as there were a number of other actors in the background of the video including Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill) and Michael Douglas (Hank Pym) alongside Infinity War director, Joe Russo and Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi.
The Whole MCU Comes Together For A Fun Day
It wasn't just the Avengers who assembled for this photoshoot, it seems that the whole of the MCU was there. The Guardians of the Galaxy joined Doctor Strange and the Asgardians and there was even an appearance from actor Hayley Atwell, better known as the rather badass Peggy Carter in the MCU. It wasn't just Ruffalo that got a bit excited to share behind-the-scenes photos and videos either; some of the other actors offered us an insight into the photoshoot.
Atwell shared this photo along with the hashtag #marvelreunionparty:
GoTG actors Karen Gillan (Nebula) also shared this picture with Pom Klementieff (Mantis):
Even Samuel L. Jackson got in on the act:
While the video from Ruffalo passes by in a flash, it's fairly clear from what we can make out that every single MCU actor and director must be involved; the sheer volume of people means that this is going to be an exciting photo for the fans. It looks like working on the MCU is great fun and all of the actors seem to get along really well. Whatever the reason for this reunion, these teases will certainly whet the fans appetite and build the excitement, not only for #InfinityWar, but for the result of this photoshoot as well.
