YumeTwins December Box

A Look into My December Box of Kawaii Items From Japan

I love writing about products and subscriptions I come across. I love sharing my finds with people who may possibly be looking for the exact thing I'm reviewing. Hopefully, by sharing the things I get and find, others will determine if these services are for them. So I'm here to tell you all about my most recent sub box from the lovely YumeTwins! I've been getting YumeTwins boxes for a few months, but only now with December's box have I found a place to tell people about my finds.

If you have never heard of YumeTwins before, they're a subscription service that sends a variety of kawaii Japanese items straight to your doorstep. Generally, there's a plushie and squishy in each box, coming from a variety of brands like Sanrio, Amuse, Rilakkuma, and so many more! I find their box to be far better than the DokiDoki crate, with YumeTwins items feeling far more practical and more what I look for when I think of "a box of kawaii goodies!" The only thing I would possibly request from them would be a little info card with the brands and what certain items may be, but that's such a minuscule detail that it won't ever deter me from buying a box!

Just as a note, too, this is not a sponsored post. I just heavily enjoy reviewing products and telling people about them. Sometimes when I find something I want to know more about, I never find reviews about what I want to know about. I hope that by writing this it may help someone decide if they want to subscribe or not.

So without further ado, here's what all came in my December YumeTwins box!

When I first opened up my box, I was greeted by the sight of this adorable little plushie! I'm not quite sure what his name is, but he is just the cutest thing! His filling is very soft and his outer fluff feels like microfiber, which is perfect for hugging and smooshing your face up against!

Also within this month's box was a new squishy for my growing collection. In all honesty, YumeTwins started my need to collect squishies, and I really hope they don't stop adding them to the boxes after starting. This month, they added a strawberry cake-shaped one, which feels a lot different than any squishie I've ever felt. All the darker parts of this one are stiffer and not soft, but still a cute and super squishable one, a beautiful addition to my collection. <3

This was the only thing I knew for certain would be in my box, and I was so excited for them! These Sumikkogurashi room shoes are the absolute softest! I also love the mascots that are under this brand. They're all just so cute! These are perfect for around the house when you want a slipper but maybe don't like having your actual slippers up on the couch when you're all curled up.

I'm a huge sucker for stationery items, especially when they're cute and work well! This month I got a pencil and eraser with Sanrio's newest mascot, Marumofubiyori, on them! He's such a little cutie and honestly looks like me after I get out of a hot bath. The pencil writes well and will go perfectly with the Kiki and Lala stationery I got in last month's box.

This one was a little different for me, but from what I gather from the packaging it came in, this is a holder for a face mask. Think of a glasses case, but for a face mask. This one is actually kind of neat to me because I had never even considered keeping a face mask in a case, whether it be to keep it clean or just not lose it somewhere. This will really come in handy for when I do end up buying a face mask, which I plan to do in the near future. Plus, it has Rilakkuma and friends on the case, which I absolutely adore. ^_^
