Ben Affleck is Batman, and this Batman is taking the franchise in his own direction after Justice League. Ben Affleck is currently writing and will be directing his own solo outing as Batman, and there is already so much Batman lore currently built inside the DCEU, that he has plenty of inspiration to draw from.

We have Jason Todd's Robin suit in the bat cave on display after the supposed events of the Death in the Family story line. With this being a much older Bruce Wayne, it was already assumed that most of his proteges and partners had already made their way through his life, only to be forgotten by the time of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.

With all this we already assumed that the Bat Family wasn't too far behind, it was possibly confirmed in recent news. it seems that the Bat Family could make it's debut as soon as the first solo Batman movie staring Ben Affleck.

We have no idea who all will be present for the film, but its a safe bet that all members will show up eventually. So here is a list of actors I believe could take on each role. We will see Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Barbara Gordon, Tim Drake, Damian Wayne, Catwoman, and Kate Kane all on this list. If I miss some of your favorite members such as Carrie Kelly or Luke Fox I apologize, but maybe will see them later on.

Ian Somerhalder as Dick Grayson

Ian Somerhalder as Nightwing

Somerhalder has the same dark flowing hair that Dick Grayson is known for. Obviously Grayson is a good looking man, from many years of seeing him jump from one gorgeous superheroine to another like Barbara Gordon and Starfire. Somerhalder's piercing eyes will also be a nice effect behind the signature Nightwing mask.

At 37, Somerhalder is in the prime age range you would expect Dick Grayson to be inside of this DCEU timeline. Dick Grayson is known for his charm and wit, which is something that Somerhalder has had a long run with in The Vampire Diaries.

Somerhalder has the type of charisma that can oppose Batman's broodish behavior and allow for plenty of quips. He shines when his characters are the playing the supporting role and his Nightwing would be a great fit next to Ben Affleck's Batman.

Shia LaBouf as Jason Todd

Shia LaBouf as Red Hood

I can already hear the comments section screaming at me and calling me the biggest waste of space. You would think I would learn to stop casting Shia LaBouf for any type of superhero role, but old habits die hard.

At least give me a chance to explain myself. LaBouf was supposedly up for a role in Suicide Squad, but Warner Bros. canned the casting due to his wild card status in Hollywood. While the role he was up for was never specified, WB must have had something they liked about LaBouf to at least give him a shot.

LaBouf is an amazing actor when he takes the time to get a role right and does not let his ego overshadow his talent, and a role like this is something that he has strived in with recent film endeavors like Lawless and Charlie Countryman. He can play the angry character with a vendetta, and that is what Jason Todd's character is all about in his introduction.

I understand people's general dislike for this actor, I mean he is the guy that wore a bag on his head claiming he "was not famous anymore." The guy has become an enigma in Hollywood, but he is still one of the better fits for this role. Plus, I would think peoples general dislike for him would be a good reason FOR his casting; I mean, if you really don't like the guy then at least there is a good chance you get to see Jared Leto's Joker beat him with a crowbar.

Emma Stone as Barbara Gordon

Emma Stone as Batgirl

J.K. Simmons was cast as Jim Gordon in the upcoming Justice League movie, so you know Barbara cannot be too far away. The big problem with casting Barbara is the fact that we have no idea which one were going to get. We have no idea if the solo Batman movie is set before or after the events of The Killing Joke.

We could either be getting Batgirl or Oracle, so you need to have an actress who fits both roles. She has the ability to play the witty and intelligent role of Oracle as seen in roles like Easy-A, Crazy, Stupid, Love, and The Amazing Spider-Man series. While her action roles are not expansive, she showed that she can play a more badass role that she would need to play Batgirl in Zombieland.

Obviously Emma Stone has the red hair and adorable beauty that Barbara Gordon has always had in the comics. Her look is on point and she is an Academy Award winning actress who is well overqualified for this supporting role, but if she took on the role and was able to get her own solo film from it, then maybe it was all worth it in the end.

Dylan O'Brien as Tim Drake

Dylan O'Brien as Red Robin

This young man has been on quite the rise in Hollywood this year, and his star could lead him into the DCEU. He was shunned for a role in the MCU as Spider-Man, and he was up for that role for some of the same reasons I think he is the perfect fit for Drake.

Tim Drake in the comics was always more nerdy and clever then previous Robin's. Dylan O'Brien has always portrayed nerdy characters with plenty of wit like his character in Teen Wolf. At 24, Dylan O'Brien may be a bit older then you'd expect Tim Drake, but we have no idea if Tim Drake has met Ben Affleck's Bruce Wayne yet, or if we are still waiting for his arrival. O'Brien looks young enough to be able to be flexible with whatever age they chose for Drake.

He has the more baby face look that Drake always had compared to the other Robin's. O'Brien can also pull off any of the looks that writers want for Tim Drake, whether it is his classic hair from the comics, or his more shaved look from the Batman: Arkham series. We see him with both in Teen Wolf.

Jacob Tremblay as Damian Wayne

Jacob Tremblay as Robin

While I do not think we will see Damian Wayne quite yet, I have already had my own suspicions that he will show up eventually. Tremblay is already an award winning actor with his amazing performance in Room. At 9, Tremblay is the perfect age for a 10 year old Damian Wayne. By the time Damian is introduced Tremblay should be in the 10-12 age range.

Damian Wayne is best known as a slightly spoiled child, and while Tremblay's character in Room was anything but spoiled, he was able to pull off those immature little boy moments that Damian is prone to. All of his films have been dramatic up to this point, and while being so young does not give us a lot of insight on his acting range he is the best actor in Hollywood currently at his age and looking to be a future star in Hollywood.

He might not have the dark hair like Damian Wayne, but he does have a slight resemblance to Ben Affleck, or at least one enough to believe them to be father and son. With that great smirk he can become a great smart mouthed Damian Wayne.

Mila Kunis as Selina Kyle

Mila Kunis as Catwoman

Casting Catwoman was hard because we have had so may great ones over the years with Anne Hathaway and Michelle Pfieffer. Even Halle Berry was a good Catwoman, just in a below average movie. So, I tried to think of someone with the looks as well as someone who can bring something new to the character.

Kunis has the seductive eyes and personality that Selina Kyle has always been known for. After Black Swan, her sex appeal has been high in Hollywood, but it is not just her sex appeal that makes her the right fit. She has had her hands on a action role in Jupiter Ascending, and while the movie did not produce as expected, she proved she does have what it takes to be a action star.

At 33, she is a bit young to play a romantic interest type for the much older and grizzled Batman, but Selina Kyle has always been perceived as the same age or a bit younger in any Batman iteration, so there is some room to work with.

Jennifer Lawrence as Kate Kane

Jennifer Lawrence as Batwoman

I used to be a person who thought that once an actor or actress took a superhero role, they shouldn't take another, but with Lawrence I broke that rule. Her role as Mystique in the X-Men franchise while very good, is nothing compared to what this role as Batwoman could mean. There have been rumors that she is done with the X-Men and while an actress of her caliber may be done with superhero work altogether, this is a role with some meaning behind it. Kate Kane is a major symbol in the LGBT community, and Lawrence is a strong member for Gay rights, so it could be a role that attracts her.

Lawrence's acting chops are not in question and this is a role that requires an actress with a bit of a mean streak. Kate Kane can be rude and abrasive, and from roles in The Hunger Games and Joy, we know that Lawrence can play the same.

While she is not sporting red hair anymore, we know that she can pull it off. Kate Kane's age is not really ever specified, but she is usually in the 25-30 range, and with Lawrence at age 26 it is a match.

What do you guys think? Who do you wanna see join Ben Affleck in his solo Batman film?
