Warning: The following article contains spoilers for Transformers: The Last Knight.

If you're part of the majority of people who found many faults in the latest Transformers movie, then you likely noticed one of the biggest continuity mistakes made during Transformers: The Last Knight.

Toward the beginning of the film, we got to see Cade Yeager attempting to fix Bumblebee's voice module. Bee has had quite a bit of trouble trying to get his voice to work in the past and appeared to receive a working replacement, except it turned out to be a dud. The faulty voice box wasn't what #Bumblebee was expecting and he ripped it out as a result, which isn't all that important.

How Could Bumblebee Talk?

What is important to note is that Bumblebee miraculously developed an ability to speak right before a brainwashed Optimus drove a sword through him. Somehow, Bumblebee was able to command his voice to sound, without a piece of equipment that initially appeared to be a pivotal component. So, this begs the question: How was Bumblebee able to talk?

Unless Bumblebee received a transplant off-screen at some point, there's some explaining to be done. However, it's possible that Bumblebee got his hands on the #ForgeOfSolusPrime, which inadvertently fixed Bee's voice module. Bee did use a hammer that looks awfully like the Forge to battle Optimus with, so there's a good chance that the Forge ended up helping Bumblebee in more ways than one. If that's the case, the Forge of Solus Prime could be what granted Bee his voice, and may in fact become an integral component to the next story arc in the main Transformers series (if there is one), or in Bumblebee's solo spinoff movie.

Did Bumblebee Use The Forge Of Solus Prime To Restore His Voice?

For those who are unfamiliar with the Forge of Solus Prime, it's a huge hammer powered by a neutron star at its core. In the Transformers mythos, it was used to craft various artifacts owned by the Thirteen, the 13 original Primes. Though, the Forge of Solus Prime is most well known for its ability to create matter out of nowhere, since its origins in the Transformers mythos claim that the Forge is imbued with both magic and science.

With the Forge's origins being known, it could've been the cause for Bumblebee getting his voice back in the last act of Transformers: The Last Knight. Of course, we'll have to wait for Michael Bay and the production team on #TheLastKnight to confirm or deny. But for now, the sudden emergence of Bumblebee's voice stands as a potential plot hole in the Transformers continuity.

What did you think of Bumblebee miraculously talking? Did he use the Forge of Solus Prime to restore his voice? Or did something else indicate Bee's voice got fixed off-screen? Leave your thoughts in the comments section below.
