‘Four Weddings and a Funeral’: S01.E07 "The Sound of Music"

Do you remember how last week’s episode, "Lights, Camera, Wedding," ended for Kash (Nikesh Patel)? Considering Kash wasn’t completely committed to a romantic relationship with Fatima (Rakhee Thakrar), I can’t say that I feel all that sorry for him. Let’s face it, Kash only has eyes for Maya (Nathalie Emmanuel). Consequently, because of his feelings for Maya, Kash didn’t really show Fatima the level of interest one might if you were looking towards marriage.

If there is anyone that we should feel at least a modicum of sympathy for, it’s Duffy (John Reynolds). Duffy has been in love with Maya since their college days together. It wasn’t until recently that he had enough nerve to pluck up the courage to tell Maya how he felt about her.

Even though Maya initially agreed to try a relationship with Duffy, it was obvious it wasn’t going to work, because she wasn’t able to get past how she feels for Kash.
