Season 10 Queens Are Here to SLAY

Following the season premiere of RuPaul's Drag Race, it is clear to see that this monumental tenth season is shaping up to be the shadiest, funniest, and most SICKENING season yet!

Last night, 14 queens were challenged to create their own look from items found in a 99 cents store. This "Drag On A Dime" challenge proved that all of the queens are FIERCE!

Fan favourites Aquaria, Miz Cracker, and Blair St. Clair produced beautiful looks. Aquaria, a New York girl, has found fame on Instagram and is ready to show that she is a hard-working girl who is ready to snatch the crown.

Miz Cracker, also from New York, managed to gain popularity from her web series "Review With A Jew" on YouTube, where she recaps the previous episode of Drag Race with an amazing sense of humour. The pressure of the race failed to trick Cracker, and she responded in the Werk Room and with the judges with the same comedic talent.

Blair St. Clair is a Broadway queen from Indianapolis who is young, innocent, and ready to slay! Her kindness stole the hearts of fans and her look on the main stage shows that she has the potential to sweep the competition.

All of these girls produced great looks, with stories, inspiration, and close to perfect execution. But none of these girls managed to snatch the challenge. Miz Cracker and Blair were in the top and Aquaria was safe.

RuPaul decided Mayhem Miller won the first Maxi Challenge of the season. Mayhem had auditioned many times before and winning the first challenge verified the hard work and determination that she had put into her work.

Eureka, who has returned from last season following the recovery of her knee injury, is still very nervous, if not more than when competing on Season 9. In the Mini Challenge, Eureka seemed to be holding herself back from her full potential. However, in the design challenge, she quickly established an idea and executed it well.

The Bottom two resulted in a wig snatching lip sync between Vanessa Vanjie Mateo and Kalorie Karbdashion Williams. The elimination was shocking, with Ru announcing that Vanessa was to Sashay Away, leaving many fans heartbroken. Vanessa Vanjie's final goodbye was full of tears for herself and the viewers.

Vanessa Vanjie Mateo was predicted to be one to watch for the rest of the season by the fans. Vanessa is the drag daughter of the previous competitor Alexis Mateo who placed third on Season 3 and in 5th/6th place with partner Yara Sophia on All Stars 1.

Showing comedy and looks, Vanessa was lighthearted and will be a very unfortunate loss to the cast of Season 10. Despite leaving first, Vanessa has proved to her Alexis and the world that she is a fierce queen.

With only 13 queens remaining, season 10 is shaping up to be one of the most impeccable seasons of Drag Race EVAH! And remember..... if you can't love yourself, how in the hell are you gonna love somebody else?
