Even rebels can make something of themselves. Despite their future success, stars like Keanu Reeves, Owen Wilson, and Charlie Sheen were not the best students. WatchMojo is counting down the celebrities who were expelled from school.

Lily Allen does it all! She sings great songs, acts, and hosted TV shows like Lily Allen and Friends. Allen attended 13 schools during her childhood and more than a few expelled her due to her rebellious attitude which included smoking and drinking.

It’s no surprise that Keanu Reeves is pretty much the coolest dude on the face of the earth! Reeves grew up in Toronto and attended 4 schools while living in the area. This included the public arts academic high school but he was soon expelled from it for his, quote, “rambunctious personality.”

Courtney Love had a very instructed and difficult childhood. Meanwhile, in school she scared her fellow students and had trouble making friends and her family was constantly on the move. She was expelled for Nelson College for girls apparently for weirdness.

Owen Wilson might be a great actor, but he wasn’t a great student. He had an interest in poetry, but not in geometry. He was expelled from St. Mark’s prep school for cheating on a geometry test.

Clapton fell in love with the instrument when he was 15, and by 16 people began to take notice. Some, however, took more notice at his slumping grades. Devoting much of his time to pubs and guitar playing, Clapton will later get the boot from the Kingston College of Art for lack of progress.

While attending Santa Monika High School, Sheen demonstrated a lot of talent on the baseball diamond. It was also in high school when Sheen began to film homemade movies with his brother Emilio and friends. Just weeks after escaping high school with a diploma in his hands, he was expelled due to his lack of attendance and low grades.
