The Pretty Cure are ready to become Pokemon Trainers!

Let me begin by saying this is fan made and not real. This is for fans of both Pretty Cure and Pokémon to enjoy, as two franchises merge to create a fun-fan-fiction. In this world, Ash and Pikachu have ventured to a new region, Purikyua, where they are met by the Professor of the region Cure Flower.

Professor Cure Flower will guide you.

Do not be fooled by her appearance, she is much older than she looks.

  • Cure Flower - The Professor of the region Purikyua, she believes there is a connection between the magic of Pokémon and nature. Her Pokémon are Exeggutor, Snorlax, Smoochum, and Drampa.

Cure Flower informs Ash of how in Purikyua, a strange energy resonates from the Pokémon and appears to interact with nature. This surge of energy can cause certain young girls to be chosen as Pretty Cure Trainers. They are charged with protecting the region and testing Pokémon trainers to ensure no Pokémon is being mistreated or used for the wrong reasons. With this information, Ash sets out on his journey aiming for the first Pokémon Gym, but meets two young Cures still aiming to prove themselves as Pretty Cure.

Ash, Pikachu, and Their New Companions

The gang that will travel the region of Purikyua.

  • Shiny Luminous - A young trainer who believes there is a magical energy behind Pokémon evolution. Her partner is an Eevee.
  • Cure Peace - A nervous girl who is gaining a fear of Pokémon due to the damage their powers can cause. Her partner is Mareep.

Shiny Luminous and her Eevee are the first to join Ash in the Spring Meadows. He showed her how to catch Pokémon, by capturing a Deerlin. She is shy and unsure of herself, but knows she wants to see the potential of Pokémon shine. Later they meet Cure Peace, who has been paired with a Mareep. However, she has a fear of being hurt and can not help but be nervous around electric types, as she constantly gets shocked by Mareep's static. Together they journey and reach the first town, Oogai Town.

Facing the First Pokémon Trainers

Creating a Wall to Test Any Trainer

  • Cure Chocolat - A confident and strong Trainer, she has a love for chocolate and dogs. Her partners are a pair of Lycanroc, one being midday form and the other dusk form.
  • Cure Macherie & Cure Amour - Best friends and Trainers who work together to become stronger. They perform around Purikyua as the musical duet. Cure Macherie has a Carbink and red core Minior. Cure Amour uses an Onix and purple core Minior.

Ash entered the Gym at Oogai Town where he was confronted by three Trainer. The first he faced was Cure Chocolat and her pair of Lycanroc. Following his victory, he then came face-to-face with a pair of Cures, Cure Macherie and Cure Amour. In a double battle, they tag-teamed Ash with their Pokémon. But, Pikachu and Ash's newly caught Deerling managed to take out both Onix and Carbink.

His First Badge

She stands her ground as strong as a rock.

  • Cure Peach - With her strong determination and refusal to back down gave her an understanding of the gentle souls within Rock-type Pokémon. Her Pokémon are a Solrock, Gigalith, Crustle, and Archeops.

Cure Peach welcomed Ash's challenge and unleashed her team on him. He soon discovered this is a young woman with a strong determination and someone who will never back down. She pushed him to his limits, but he managed to surpass the strength of her Pokémon with an Iron Tail from his Pikachu, earning his first badge. But the battle took a toll on his Pikachu, forcing him to visit a Pokémon centre.

They are here to heal your Pokémon.

They are here to help.

  • Cure Honey - A lover of food, she started to discover medicinal properties in natural ingredients. Using honey as a base, she created many medicines to restore Pokémon to health. Her partner is a Vespiquen.
  • Cure Ange - She runs the Pokémon Centre and is in charge of diagnosing the injuries of the Pokémon and aiding in recovery. Her Pokémon is a Blissey.

Greeted by Cure Ange and Cure Honey, the pair explains how their magic is aimed to heal over hurt. With his team healed through Cure Ange's care and Cure Honey's Honey Miracle Medicine, Ash was set to continue his streak by heading to Yumegahama Town and face the Fire-Type Gym.

Fierce as Fire

This pair will burn you.

  • Cure Rouge - Wanting to be a good example to her younger siblings, she trained hard and found a love for Fire-Type Pokémon. Her Pokémon are a Rapidash, Torkoal, and Infernape.
  • Cure Sunny - Hard working and with a love for cooking, Cure Sunny found more uses for her Fire-Type team outside of battle. Her team consists of a Ninetails, Blaziken, and Turtonator.

Instantly hitting the Gym, Ash faced Cure Sunny who sent out an agile Ninetails that tested Pikachu's agility. But with a well placed Thunderbolt, Ash won and then faced Cure Rouge. Speeding through the field with her Rapidash, it proved difficult for Ash to land a hit against this fast Pokémon. With his determination never faltering, he claimed the victory by having Pikachu use its speed over power.

Burn in Scarlet Flames

A Princess of Fire

  • Cure Scarlet - Having lost her memories as a child, she aims to rise like a phoenix and reclaim her past. With her believing fire can purify and see truth, people call her the Princess of Fire. Her Pokémon team consists of a Flareon, Chandelure, Delphox, and Talonflame.

The Gym Leader, Cure Scarlet, demanded Ash prove himself worthy by crossing her flames of purification. With her Talonflame, she called attack that emulated the phoenix burning bright. But Ash managed to land a winning hit and earn his second badge. Before leaving Yumegahama Town, Cure Peace met the Region's Grand Festival Champion, who inspires her on a new path.

Performance Is Everything

Cure Beat will put on a show.

  • Cure Beat - Once used by the organisation 'Team Dark Cure', Cure Beat tried to destroy the world until the song of a Meloetta freed her. Wanting to bring beauty to the world, she is now the region's top Pokémon Coordinator. Her team holds a Exploud, Mega Absol, Meloetta, and Salazzle.

Cure Beat inspired Cure Peace with the tale of her fated encounter with Meloetta and how it motivated her use Pokémon in Pokémon Contests rather than battles. Seeing a new beauty in Pokémon, Cure Peace began training with her Mareep and conquering her fears. Cure Beat directed Ash and co to the next town, Nanairogaoka Town.

Now with an old ally, he battled through the four trainers and found a new way to enjoy a battle, thanks to Cure Yell. While Ash battled the trainers, Cure Peace entered her first Pokémon Contest.

She will come at you with everything.

Her dreams will shine in a fight.

  • Cure Dream - Believing in her friends and loved ones gives her the power and strength to fight, driving her enemies back. Her Pokémon are a Medicham, Mienshao, Hawlucha, and Bewear.

For such a bright and happy young woman, Ash was shocked at how serious she came into battle. Feeling the power in her words and determination, he had to hope his Pidgeot would be strong enough to take the win. In a close battle, Ash just claimed victory and he sent his Pidgeot back to protect the roost outside Pallet Town. Cure Peace also succeeded in earning her first ribbon. Now the gang headed to the next town, Mihoshi Town by going through the Mirror Caverns.

Ash knowing this mythical Pokémon and its importance to keep balance in the universe, forced him to battle the Dark Mirror Generals with the help of Shiny Luminous and Cure Peace. During the battle against Dark Lemonade's Mothim, Cure Peace's Mareep evolved into a Flaffy. Needing Pikachu for the final fight, he summoned his Sawbuck which sapped the strength of the Pokémon with Leech Seed. Cure March, knowing Cure Peace from school, gave a Pokémon egg to Cure Peace.

Can you fly higher than a egret?

Aiming to resurrect Yveltal, the Pokémon that turned a lush woodland into the Dead Forrest. A battle commenced and Ash's Machop evolved into Machoke. Cure Ètoile and Cure Macaron appear to assist them and halt the resurrection of Yveltal. Winning the battle, the Bad End Generals fled allowing Ash and Co to proceed to Koizumi Gakuen Town.

Upon the capture, they met an enthusiastic Trainer, Cure Marine, who was excited over Cure Peace succeeding in her first capture. She led Ash to the Water Gym to face the quartet of trainers. With all the force of a tidal wave, the four battled Ash but his Pikachu and Sawbuck proved worthy enough to claim victory. This allowed him to move on to the Gym Leader. Cure Peace entered her third Contest and encountered the Coordinator, Cure Rhythm the Poffin Expert.

The Purest Source of Aqua

The Strongest Torrent to Face

  • Cure Aqua - Stern and disciplined, she is a direct fighter and likely to use close-combat moves against her targets. But when a trainer creates distance between the Pokémon in battle she has plenty of long-range attacks to use instead. Her Pokémon are a Mantine, Milotic, Samurott, and Greninja.

Ash entered the arena and faced her Greninja first in battle. With the long-range Water Shuriken he swaps Pikachu in battle for his Sawbuck. Using Energy Ball, he succeeds in taking down her first two Pokémon, but her Milotic takes Sawbuck out with an Ice Beam. Her final two Pokémon fought hard but were no match for the electric attacks from Pikachu. Cure Peace also wins her third ribbon and is invited to learn about making Poffin.

Let's bake some Poffin!

She tells them of her belief of how Poffin increases the bonds between Trainer and Pokémon, causing a new level of friendship to blossom between Cure Peace and Flaffy. Shiny Luminous also begins to wonder if this rhythm could be linked to the energy of evolution. During their cooking lesson the heat rose so high Cure Peace's egg hatched into a Rufflet. The pairs fire and poison type moves aid in Ash taking down all of the Trainers, and resulted in his Bulbasaur evolving into an Ivysaur. While Ash challenged the Trainers, Shiny Luminous finds a thunderstone for her Eevee under the Great Heart Tree in the town's centre. She decides not to use it yet, but asks Eevee to trust her when she does. Cure Peace also enters a Pokemon Contest.

But her Leafeon, with Fury Cutter, took it out of the fight. Bringing Quilava into battle it took out Leafeon, but began to struggle against Tsareena. Ash cried out causing a second evolution to be triggered. Now a Typhlosion, it took victory with ease. This event caused Shiny Luminous to believe there was a connection between trainer and Pokémon to trigger evolution. During the Contest, Cure Peace's Rufflet evolved into a Braviary, but she lost the Contest to Cure Beat. Now fully charged, the team headed to the final Gym in Hagukumi City.

The pair traded back, and the new mechanism of evolution made Shiny Luminous curious as to other ways a Pokémon could evolve. Met with five Fairy-Type Trainers, Ash knew his Ivysaur would be vital in this battle. The pair fought hard and Ivysaur learned the new attack Sludge Bomb. But by the end of the battles, Ivysaur was too exhausted to face the Gym Leader. Cure Peace headed to her next Pokémon contest determined to win this time.

The Magical Gym Leader Duo

Prepare for magic or expect a miracle.

  • Cure Miracle & Cure Magical - This duo work and opperate as a team. They have special abilities that many would only be able to describe as magic. They are master of using illusions in battle. Cure Miracle uses a Azumarill and Florges, Cure Magical has the Pokémon Mr. Mime and Klefki.

In a double battle, Ashe knew his best option (Ivysaur) was out of the battle, making him call out his Typhlosion and Sawbuck. But like magic, the duo knew he would call on this pair and they switched in Azumarill and Mr. Mime. Taking out his Typhlosion quickly, Pikachu was used to dispatch Azumarill and Mr. Mime. However, Klefki was immune to the effect of Iron Tail and took Pikachu out of the battle. His Sawbuck managed to take out Klefki but soon fell itself. With no option, he summoned his new Machamp who unleashed a new attack, Poison Jab, on the duos Flogres. This new move saved Ash and he earned his final badge. Both the Dark Mirror General and Bad End Generals had succeeded in finding Giratina and Yveltal. With the power to distort reality and end all life, Dark Precure started to make the two Pokémon combine their powers. Unable to battle all of Team Dark Cure, Ash and co were joined by the Cure Honey, Cure Ange, Cure Macaron, Cure Ètoile, the Region's Gym Leaders and Trainers. Holding off the forces of Team Dark Cure, Dark Precure acted fast, until black and white lightning began to fill the air.

Eevee decides to use the stone and evolves into Jolteon. Holding off Dark Cure Tender, they are joined by her sister, Cure Fortune, and manage to break the brainwashing on her. Now restored to Cure Tender she joins in the fight against Team Dark Cure.

With the tide of battle turning, the Dark Mirror Generals and Bad End Generals retreat, leaving Dark Precure to face Cure Black and Cure White. Deploying their powerful Pokémon in battle they bring Dark Precure to her knees and stop the two legends from destroying all of creation. With the threat over, all participants of the Contest were awarded a ribbon for joining in the battle against Team Dark Cure. With Ash having all eight badges and Cure Peace all five Ribbons, the pair headed to Kibougahana City, where the Grand Festival and Pokémon League are located.

Only the worthy shall pass.

The Guardians of the Gate to Victory Road

  • Cure Bright - The more withdrawn of the sisters, she stands before the Victory Gate to ensure only the Trainers proven worthy may pass and head to the Grand Festival. She secretly wants to be a Pokémon Coordinator. Her Pokémon are a Plusle and Heliolisk.

Ash and co arrive at the Victory Gate where Ash and Cure Peace must present their badges and ribbons to Cure Bright and Cure Windy. The pair allows them to pass on to Victory Road. On the way, Ash prepares his team for the Elite Four, and decides to bring a surprise on his team. Before entering Kibougahana City, Ash and Cure Peace have a battle using his Pikachu and Flaffy. During the battle, Flaffy evolves into Ampharos, but the pair lose in battle against Ash and Pikachu's experience. Now ready, Ash enters the League to become the new Champion.

Ash's first challenge is against the upbeat and perky Cure Heart. Using his Sawbuck and Ivysaur, he quickly gained the upper hand and drove her to her limits. Her Womadam succeeded in taking down Ivysaur, but stood no chance against Ash's Sawbuck using a High-Jump Kick. While Ash completed in this battle, Cure Peace passed her first round in the Grand Festival and Shiny Luminous started asking trainers about their experiences with Pokémon evolution.

Prepare for a blizzard of metal.

She may look like a gentle rose, but her thorns are sharper than a sword.

  • Milky Rose - With elegance and beauty, many are fooled into expecting a series of Grass-Type Pokémon from this Trainer. However, sharper than a sword, her thorns are made of steel. Her Pokémon are a Alolan Sandslash, Scizor, Ferrothorn, Aegislash, and Togedemaru.

Moving into the next battle, Ash summoned his Typloshion to scorch the cold battle field. It held its own, taking out the first three Pokémon, but her Togedemaru took it out with some strong electric attacks. However, once Ash brought out his Machamp, the battle was quickly over. While Ash battled, Cure Peace succeeded in entering the Semi-Finals of the Grand Festival and Shiny Luminous is given a Deep Sea Scale by a Trainer with a Huntail.

She will read you future and see you defeat.

Entering the third battle, Ash knew the stakes were about to raise. Sending out his Sawbuck, he succeeds in taking out the first couple of Pokémon by using Mega Horn. However, Metagross proved too strong and defeated Sawbuck. Knowing his Machamp would be helpless in battle, he sent in Pikachu, who managed to Thunderstrike to victory, but was left extremely weakened. During the battle Cure Peace won and Semi-Finals and entered the Finals and Shiny Luminous headed to see her friend win the Grand Festival.

At first, Ash acted cocky, believing this Trainer was trying to use her beauty to distract him in battle. However, her true weapon was her mind, and she forced Ash to rethink his strategy. Withdrawing his Typhlosion, he sent in his Machamp, which smashed through three of Cure Beauty's Ice-Type Pokémon. However, her Frostlass unleashed a Psychic attack and nearly took out Machamp. Switching back to Typhlosion, he managed to take out Froslass, but knew it was a mismatch when Lapras entered the battle. Sending in Pikachu, Lapras was taken out, but this cost Pikachu the last of his energy. During this pressing battle, Cure Peace lost in the finals and place second in the Grand Festival. Shiny Luminous gave her Deep Sea Scale and told her magic could happen if she gave it to her Clampearl.

Are you ready to face the Pokémon Champion?

Experienced and strong, Cure Moonlight stands as the Champion.

Ash entered the Champion's room and knew this would be an ultimate battle. Sending in his Typlosion to battle her Roserade, the fight started to turn in his favour. Taking out the Pokémon quickly, she sent out her Aurorus who dispatched a strong Ancient Power to take out Typhlosion. Knowing he was being tested, he sent out Machamp who managed to take down her Aurorus and Beautifly. However, it fell to her Goodra, which forced him to bring out his Ivysaur. Still weak from its last battle, it attacked hard, triggering an evolution into Venusaur. It took out Goodra, but fell to her Gardevoir. This forced Ash to bring out his surprise Pokémon, Charizard. Triggering a Mega Evolution into Charizard Z, he took out Gardevoir and her final Pokémon Superior. Claiming victory, Ash was crowned the newest Champion of Purikyua.
