Wow! What a great episode of Survivor tonight! First off, nice job booting Reem. However, good job to Reem on doing pretty alright at Extinction Island. Sure, it's hard and she got a bit emotional, but at least she's staying strong and not quitting. Meanwhile at Manu, Wendy is clearly on the outs and she wants Kelley, the Queenpin (see what I did there?) gone, since she's convincing everyone that she is their friend, plus, it's her third time playing and many first-time players feel that she's already had her shot. To prevent her from getting an idol, Kelley suggested an open idol hunt, which her allies seemed receptive to. Meanwhile, Wendy went to try and convince Rick and David to side with her. Back at Kama, the tribe was all in a dancing mood, which, while amused, scared Aubry. It scared her since camaraderie among a tribe makes it hard to figure out who is aligned with whom. So, she then went to make sure that she had people on her side, which others tended to notice. Plus, it didn't help that she is a returnee among many new players. So, her case didn't seem that great.

At both camps, an idol hunt had begun. At Manu, people were searching to make sure that Wendy didn't get it. However, Wendy then kept suggesting to Rick and David that they should blindside Wentworth and that she is a free vote for them to use. They ended up actually considering it. However, Wendy also suggested speaking to Wardog about it, which worried David since Wardog doesn't like talking strategy until he needs to. Rick and David then agreed on an alliance together between the two of them to the end and strongly considered keeping Wendy and blindsiding Wentworth. And at Kama, there was a clear divide between the men and the women in terms of the idol hunt. The men were all hunting for the idol while the women were working, which made Julie want to go for the idol. However, she then reconsidered it and realized that she didn't want to look like a snake by going for the idol. And back to Manu, Lauren spoke in a confessional about wanting to be like her heroes, Parvati and Wentworth by finding an idol and she ended up doing so, however, not wanting to tell Kelley.

At the challenge, it was an challenge back from Game Changers, where the castaways carried a giant snake out of an underwater cage back to the beach, land it and throw rings on paddles to spell "Immunity." It ended up being a very interesting challenge. Manu struggled due to Keith's poor swimming skills, Kama dominated with the help of Joe and ultimately, though Chris got Manu close to catching up, Joe lead Kama to yet another victory, sending Manu back to tribal council. This challenge caused Wardog to consider possibly taking out Keith, which led to him campaigning for Keith's boot back at camp. However, David and Rick still wanted Wentworth out. Then Chris, a friend of Keith suggested the idea of blindsiding Kelley to Rick, which excited him. So, it seemed like the majority of Keith, Chris, David, Rick, and Wendy all wanted Kelley out. Then Chris suggested it to Wardog, who was still adamant on taking out Keith for his poor challenge performance. However, Chris insisted on taking out Kelley due to her giant threat status. So, things became uncertain. However, Kelley started to get a bit worried, realizing people acting strange, she started to pick up that she could be a huge target, because she is a smart player, it's her third time so, of course, she can pick up on cues like that very well.

At Tribal Council, there was tons of talk about blindside, which made me wonder if they actually were gonna take out Kelley. However, then it ultimately ended up being the weak link, Keith. Then he had to make the difficult choice of whether or not to continue the game after the boot. Overall, it has been a great episode of Survivor: Edge of Extinction, and I can't wait to see what happens next week when the returnees at Kama get pushed away by their tribe, Kelley makes a full alliance at Manu and we find out if Keith ended up at Extinction Island.
