Hidden Symbolism: Part 1
An Introduction to Perfection The Batman is a perfect film. The cinematography, the symbolism, the inspired passion behind it, the sound design, the score, the writing, the structure. Every aspect in it makes it a cohesive, beautiful piece that has made it into perfection, and in this article I want to investigate how it achieved that. Specifically in this article, I will be covering the symbolism in the film, and how it relates to the plot and characters overall.

Why Tenet is one of my favourite films of 2020.
The following will contain spoilers and is the same review I posted on my Letterboxd account. After Dunkirk, I felt myself loving Nolan and his films even more. Even though that film didn't particularly put us inside Nolan's head and help us explore some of his favourite topics such as time and the bending of it, I still enjoyed it. I particularly missed how Nolan tackled and confronted these ideas. Then, not too dissimilar of a send from heaven, along came Tenet.

How You Can Turn Guilt and Self Hatred into a Superpower, and a Road to Self Forgiveness
Are you feeling guilty for something you have done? It may be a small thing that your mind is blowing out of proportion. It may even be something big and unforgivable. Well firstly, feeling guilty for it already shows you are a good person. 'Today' A Short Story
Today I wear grey on top of grey, which shows the true blandness and pain I feel, with every inch of creativity ripped away. I feel as if my heart has been taken away, stolen by the same people that put worse people with others, even though they are not lonely and hold weaker morals. It hurts, seeing so many others with someone, and yourself not getting a shred of hope, happiness, or warmth.

How 'A Clockwork Orange' Changed The Form of Cinema
Creator First and foremost, I will mention who the masterful director that created this masterpiece is. Stanley Kubrick, a Boston man who made other creative and cinematic masters such as 2001: A Space Odyssey, The Shining and many many more was the father of such a trip fest. It's important you know this, as it is a very similar theme among his films, the violence, unique structure and such creatively stunning and interesting storytelling.

Why 'Cowboy Bebop' Isn’t Just Another Anime
The thrilling anime series about a futuristic, almost dystopian world, centered on greed, corruption, and life itself, with a gang of cybernetic and cool looking bounty hunters as our main characters is more than just that. It is an experience, focused more on memory and our past more than anything else.
