Avengers: Re-Assembled
"As they always say; where the sun sets, it rises elsewhere." --- "Mr. Stark, I don't feel so good." "You're alright."
Hot PocketPublished 6 years ago in GeeksFive Avengers Not Destined for Movie Greatness
The Avengers is now a media titan, a billion dollar conglomerate of movie franchises built on the backs of characters that a mere 10 years ago largely weren't considered viable as movies. Perennial second-stringer Black Panther starred in one of the highest grossing movies of all time, yet not long ago people were dubious of even Thor and Captain America working as movies.
Martin SmithPublished 6 years ago in GeeksThe Perfect Order to Watch the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) Movies
Man, I just watched Infinity War and that ending blew my mind. Easily in my top three Marvel movies. That was just—WOW. Anyways, many months ago, I wrote an article called, "How You Should Show Your Family and Friends Star Wars!" where I just talked about the right order to watch the Star Wars movies. The order I talked about is known as the Machete Order, and it's now a well-known term in the Star Wars community.
Jonathan SimPublished 6 years ago in GeeksThe Versions of Wolverine on 'Earth-616' (Main Marvel Universe)
If you are reading mainstream comics recently, then you may know that there are quite a few Wolverines running around in the main Marvel Universe. Some of these Wolverines are children of the original Earth-616 (Main Marvel Universe) or are alternate versions of Wolverine. This may be daunting for new comic book readers because there's just so many Wolverines. So to clear things up, let's get into the Wolverines that are present within the Main Marvel Universe at the moment. This means that we will not be going into various versions of Wolverine in the Multiverse unless they are present on Earth-616 at the moment.
Just a guyPublished 6 years ago in GeeksWhy I’m Worried About 'Venom'
So far I’ve been torn on what the Venom trailers have to offer. While this version of Venom is already looking better than the one presented in Spider-Man 3, I’m being cautious to not get my expectations too high. Here are my three biggest concerns with the upcoming Venom film:
Review: 'Ant-Man and The Wasp'
It is another busy year of superhero movies, and the last one of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is now among us. It has been quite a 2018 for the MCU. With the huge box office success and pretty good critical ratings of Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War, Marvel continues to grow at a rate that will not see their fans suffer from fatigue anytime soon.
David GricePublished 6 years ago in GeeksAnt-Man and the Wasp: A Review
I know what you're thinking. You're outraged aren't you? How dare I not enjoy Ant-Man and the Wasp. I'm a traitor to the MCU fandom and should be exiled to watch just the DC Extended Universe movies. But I ask you, in your heart of hearts, was the film really that great? I will warn you at this point that there are spoilers ahead, so if you haven't seen it and don't want it being spoiled, then click away now.
The One True GeekologyPublished 6 years ago in GeeksLooking Forward to Carnage vs. Venom
There were two things in “superhero” film that I hoped to see from my first viewing of Spider-Man in theaters in 2002: a movie with Venom as the main character, and a movie with Carnage as the villain. The animated Spider-Man series of the 90s did a very good job of endearing Peter Parker and his serial allies and enemies to me in my formative years, but none stick out so clearly in my memory as Carnage and Venom. Now, while this may be because in my adolescence and indeed into adulthood I have been something of an “edgelord” I prefer to believe that my affinity for Carnage stems from the epic finale of 2000 Nintendo 64 Spider-Man game, where Spidey and Venom must throw-down with Doctor Octopus and Carnage, before culminating in an adrenaline pumping chase scene with “Monster Ock,” the terrifying combination of Doctor Octopus and the Carnage symbiote.

Thomas MartinPublished 6 years ago in GeeksComics They Should Try Making into Anime/Manga
For those of you who are familiar with Marvel Comics, you need no introduction to this particular movie. After watching this awesome film, it got me thinking about what else they can do anime/manga wise for Marvel, DC, and any other items from popular culture. This article I present to you is my suggestion for what they should do.
Johann HollarPublished 6 years ago in GeeksThe Perfect Stan Lee Cameo!
The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) based movies are one of the largest science fiction franchises of all time. Marvel refers to Marvel Comics, a hugely influential comic book company and originator of some of the most iconic superhero characters of all time. Marvel Studios is the production company which grew from the original comic book business. Their movies have made billions and it is in large measure due to one man, Stan Lee. Back in the 1960s Stan ‘The Man’ Lee essentially created the Marvel universe as we know it today. Ever since The Trial of The Incredible Hulk, a 1989 television movie, Stan Lee has been making cameos in the Marvel movies. For my final project, I will be discussing Stan Lee's cameos throughout Marvel Movies and television. Finishing it off by writing my idea for the perfect cameo.
